100% this has breathed some life into the game. It feels great even if it has been available before on PC.

It's the main reason why I want to revisit DMC3 on a Nintendo console of all place.

Not impossible. Capcom can optimize the game a lot it may run. I mean, just look at dmc3 it looks so good in ps2.

If the Witcher 3 can run on switch then dmc5 can run on switch

I played a fair bit in portable mode with a skull and co grip and it wasn't bad tbh

I'm used to portable mode lol. I dont see much of an issue. the one issue i do have is the difficulty of putting in the unlock all code

hori joycons are pretty great for games like this. look them up

It's been three months since I got the game and have only got the chance to play docked like twice, and I can't say I complain about it, at all

Altough it is a great advise for newcomers I would be so pissed off if I finish the game. And then realice I must beat it again from ground zero on another slot, just to play with the FreeStyle features. And even so, I would enjoy some of that until mission 6, when you get your third weapon

@@flavioalvarez5761 Ditto, I think it would annoy players to find that they were adding more difficulty and not making the game more interesting as a result. A lot of people already played 4 or 5 who are still new to 3 and they would appreciate transferable skills as well.

The lastgogeta I agree they would be happier, but by limiting themselves, they would become much better at the game, which makes it better.

fletchtling pkmn If you mean change the order on the turn wheels, you cannot change the order. But as mentioned in the video, You can hold down the triggers and move the right stick to select your weapon more quickly. This system is exclusive to the switch at the moment.

At the moment all the new features are exclusive to the nintendo switch version which is only digital i believe

But there is also a switch version of the HD collection.... that's the reason I am not sure whether the features are in or not

That render has been around ever since the game launched 15 years back. It might seem a little strange but i guess they went with the most 'cuhrayzee' render they could find.

In dmc3 its easyier to use

@@oniichan-3024 im pretty sure dmc3 is the hardest game to use RG. You literally just have 1-2 frames of doing a perfect guard. Dmc5 is the easiest to use it.

Its already on pc. Just use the styleswitcher mod. It also improves/fixes some of the bugs and game design despite the name "styleswitcher"

Depends, if you select new game and save over your previous save file then yes, but if you use a different save slot then no.

There is truth to what the man says. It’s programmed that way. What you see in the time stamp you posted is the enemy animation for its attack (the little hop into: Backflip + Tackle) taking it offscreen. Basically if the enemy was where you the player are sitting gameplay would be fine most of the time. Cya

i think dante would be better because he is the only one who get multple weapons in the games

@@darthkahn45 also, freestyle makes it so gun cancelling doesn't exist. Unlike DMC1, there's no cancelling with a roll

sozcan hey man back in the day it fit on a 8mb card on ps2

@@Schizo58008 That "8MB card" is a memory card - memory cards don't store the whole game inside them, they only store save files. Each and every single game released on PS2 was bigger than 8MB *for sure*. The actual games themselves, if you ever so chose to install them onto the machine, are saved on the hard-drive storage of PS2 which is 40GB.

People who are not hardcore DMC gamers are not DMC gamers at all. And I don't even mean that as an insult - with both the style meter and the level ranking in mind, gitting gud is a huge part of this series. You can "enjoy" it casually, but the good shit is deep in there, beyond learning hills to be climbed... Super Dante/Vergil aren't even that good since they disable health regen. Devil Explosions are a lot more helpful in DMD/VMD and super costumes still lose meter when using it (except Super Sparda I think?)

@@Copperhell144 And you need to beat DMD for that Super Sparda costume lol. So you have to be pretty good at the game to begin with. And if players take their time exploring the game's incredibly deep system, they'll be wondering why they wanted cheats to begin with.

You cant customize your weapon amount in freestyle mode. You can alter the order but not the amount.
