@@scoty3434 no this is on the 2006 PC (Steam) version of the game and i used my ps5 controller, you can use pretty much any controller on PC

It's called Load Removed Time (LRT) which is used for most PC Games speedruns as it makes the competition fair regardless of hardware loading times. The timer stops only on loading screens and when the game is paused

Jump-> Triangle-> press jump again at the moment the feet hit the enemy-> triangle, repeat. Timing is somewhat generous
