Ok, for people who want to use natural deodorant or are trying to move away from antiperspirants, once a week, use face wash with benzoyl peroxide, then a gentle face wash afterward to prevent bleaching clothing or towels. Alternatively, you can first go in with a face wash then spray your armpits with a PHA toner. This is also helpful for those of us who are self-conscious about the possibility of stinky pits.

I use Native spray vanilla and coconut. I will say I feel like it took time for my body to adjust. Doesn’t stop me from sweating but it cuts the bo for me lol

Any kind of melon will fuck up your breath, especially cantaloupe. Also, when my husband drinks Reds Apple Ale. Horrible. 🤢 Coffee breath pisses me off. 😡 Really though, anything sugary is guaranteed to give you bad breath. All hail the tongue scraper! 🙌

I’m so serious guys, AND HEAR ME OUT….. Arm and Hammer natural deodorant. I SAID HEAR ME OUT. It GENUINELY works. Like for a full day.
