I want to try your recipe, definatly. My dad did the same thing but used Miracle whip, a pinch of salt, sweet pickle relish, a big batch add a pinch of sugar, Frenches mustard, and about a teaspoon of melted butter. He also used Paprika, and slice green olives. Olive, every other egg. Some people dont like olives. Try.

Good recipe. I might use an English mustard like Colman's instead of dijon since I like the tang of the former, but this looks tasty anyway.
