Devilled Pork Recipe I Sri Lankan Devilled Pork I Hot & Spicy Pork
Ingredients
Oil
Pork
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Garlic
Pepper
Chilli Flakes
Bell Pepper
Soy Sauce
Onion
Tomato Sauce
Lime/ Lemon Juice
Method
On a pan over medium heat, add oil and the cut pork pieces. Add turmeric powder and salt to it. Let it fry over medium heat for about 10- 15 minutes.
Then add in the garlic, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, chili flakes, pepper, soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Once done, squeeze in the lemon/Lime Juice for better taste
