Shakur previously made 3M in his last 2 fights. Why would Dev offer him LESS than what he previously made? Better yet when has ANY champ ever offer their opponent less than what the previously made? Not to mention, Shakur calls his bluff and goes to the WBC to literally mandate the fight and a week later Haney says bye bye to 135 and announces the Regis fight. Haney NEVER wanted to fight Shakur.
