This is why promoters don’t allow their fighters to fight on other promoters platforms and can you blame them because this is what happen You have no control of what happens. Ryan had no intention of making the weight and his whole team knew it. You think Derick James didn’t know Ryan didn’t care about coming in over weight . He needed this win more than Ryan Garcia I hop this bring a change in the law because it’s cheating.
