If you're not a guitarist, consider that the more difficult techniques like arpeggios and some of the more difficult lics, Synister uses with mastery. But undeniably, talking about playing more technically, the top one is Kiko loureiro, followed by Synister

The title of the video says that it's 'unplugged', but his guitar's is being run through an amp, so it isn't unplugged.

TheMeaning0fLife technically 'unplugged' refers to the fact that it is acoustic, when it is normally electric, so it's very qualified to be 'unplugged' as in contrast to the original song
