It's most likely cause of incorrect arm wrestling technique, such as pulling too forcefully or not using your entire arm and body, can contribute to elbow pain. @@BijuGoswami-cb1uw so... I just gotta stop pulling inside? Or is there anything to improve it? or maybe, am i injured? Cuz idk if it's normal or not to feel elbow pain while pulling inside. My form was good btw, i know how to armwrestle safely.
Advice to those who want to kingsmove, Make sure you're good at the basics in armwrestling so Back pressure and elbow flexion cuz if these muscles are not trained, you could take your bicep
