You said in a privous video that poronation is 90% Back pressure, and 10% poronator Muscle. Then how come ermes lost his wrist badly against levan, and Devon took levan's wrist. Even though ermes has 10% - 15% more back pressure than Devon. My analogy is this: Devon had enough poronator power to hold his wrist in place when serging for a hit. He just didn't have enough back pressure to serge and attack. Ermes has tons of back pressure so he can attack very powerfully. however, when attacking his poronator is not strong enough to hold up so he gets supinated. This is super clear in the Devon vs ermes Match as you see ermes took his own wrist by serging. So i think, as long as your poronator holds up, Back pressure is more important in a top roll lane. If your poronator doesn't hold up, than poronation is more important to train because you can still top roll without cup, but you can't top roll when getting supinated.
@zero082294
@zero082294 Месяц назад
The main reason is levan was injured against Devon, but against ermes his wrist was 100% be logical bro
@JordanSouthpawLandry
@JordanSouthpawLandry Месяц назад
Muscle mass and arm strength are better for Ermes which means his back pressure application will be higher. Devon has a stronger and more conditioned hand and wrist meaning his pronation and wrist flexion will be better. Back pressure to pronation is hand in hand. Back and side pressure are not guaranteed pins without fundamental strengths when trained as an armwrestler it's a pin condition. Ermes rise lost to Devon's hand as well vs Levan where Ermes had enough back pressure and rise to stop Levan 3 rounds.
@sui6160
@sui6160 Месяц назад
@@zero082294completely wrong, Levan lifted the same numbers in both those matches regarding his wrist, and was higher in every lift in the Devon match compared to the Ermes match.
@zero082294
@zero082294 Месяц назад
@@sui6160 no he didn’t. Levan lifted just 80kg in wrist for a single and it was hard. In the ermes match he lifted 90kg for reps easily. And his strongest form was against Devon first match, where levan lifted 100 kg in wrist curl

Pls help. How does having a long arm help for toproll? Or to gain height? Why can’t ermes challenge height against Devon?
@PerformanceEnhancingPancakes
@PerformanceEnhancingPancakes Месяц назад
I don't think it necessarily helps, just is different. But in terms of height potential, it simply means that if both Devon and Ermes put their hand straight up into the air, Devon's hand is higher.
@Day-ZDuke
@Day-ZDuke Месяц назад
A long arm helps for Toproll because the effective action of a toproll is going up & over your opponent’s hand and wrist. Your hand needs to be over top of your opponents hand to toproll it. So having a longer arm just puts you closer to that position
@xXJeReMiAhXx99
@xXJeReMiAhXx99 Месяц назад
@@Day-ZDukeno it doesnt, people are just stupid, if webbing is lined up which it is then height is literally identical.
@Day-ZDuke
@Day-ZDuke Месяц назад
@@xXJeReMiAhXx99 do pullers stay in that same position during the entire match? No. So once movement is initiated, if your goal is a toproll , than having a longer arm will be advantageous, as you’re aiming to gain height with your hand and a longer arm / lever assists in that
@Day-ZDuke
@Day-ZDuke Месяц назад
