thanks alot for the video i have the same problem with my sander but sometimes it runs just fine for few sec' or min and than it stop working i opend it like u did and the belt look just fine any idea what else could be the problem?

How many batteries do you have?

I've had that problem too, it turned out to be a bad battery, it would charge and say fully charged but wasn't.

and they work just fine with my impact and drill and jigsaw

Sounds like it could be in the speed control then. Other than the belt and batteries I haven't really had any other issues with it.

Wow... you skipped all the steps putting in back together. I wanted to see how you put the belt back on and adjusted it. ????
