DeWalt cordless glue gun - do DeWalt batteries fit Ingco tools? 

We launched our new website recently and forgot to carry the STL files over, a few of you messaged us looking for them. Those links work again now :)

thanks for advice, i purchased one off ebay for £21, i used the 2 STL files you put up & got two sets printed & delivered for under £20 , I've now ordered the ingco cordless sprayer & will use the others to convert that, massive thanks

what about the opposite, like can I use the ingco battery in the dewalt?? I'm guessing those batteries are cheaper than the dewalt yes ? and they have 4.0 amp models too I checked. please answer me my dude I know its 2 years later but curious.

dude, ingco original batteries only cost less than usd $18...why wld u not wanna work the other way and power ur dewalt tools for 1/5 the price instead?

Completed the conversion. All went well EXCEPT it might have been better had you mentioned that the DeWalt battery polarity is the opposite way around to the Ingco. Other than that, it's all good. The STL files printed perfectly on my Prusa Mk3.

I’m looking for an adaptor to fit my X-ray batteries to the ingco spray gun. Can you help with parts?

how much time do you need to spend 1 battery

Hi mate, I’ve just watched the video and would like to try this myself but have no access to a 3d printer. Is there any way you could supply the printed piece? Or everything as a set ready to go? From what i can see the battery terminals are oriented opposite on each. Do think this would present a problem on slightly moe complicated tools? I. E. Tools with brushless motors?

Just glue gun or other ingco tools have low power battery?

Great video and it’s exactly what I’m trying to do with my glue gun but I don’t have access to a 3D printer, is there anywhere I can buy the printed clip and power terminal to suit a dewalt battery? Your help would be appreciated.

In hindsight Ingco should of made their batteries 100% compatible with one of the top 3 DeWalt Makita or milllwake .Ingco batteries are cheaper they could of sold batteries to owners of the above cheaper .Also does a bit for environment making batteries comparable with other makes.They could even sell adaptors so you do not need to take the tool apart .You can get them for the top 3

I made a wood and aluminium conversion for this to take makita batteries. Excellent glue gun however I bought the jigsaw and that has a third terminal and it cuts off after a few seconds with the makita battery. Any advice would be appreciated

You are a genius! I bought a Ing co gun thinking that my dewalt batteries would fit, but they don't. Now I want to try this modification as well. Do you have the 3D file to sell? I would like to print with my Prusa. Another question is if my 5Ah batteries will fit and not damage the gun. Many Thanks!
