Thanks to your reviews I have just bought my first Leatherman Wave. I drive a truck collecting recyclables, mostly paper and cardboard. I'm now on a hunt for a reliable small rechargeable torch/flashlight for doing my pre checks in the wee small hours of the morning. I have seen you do many reviews/comparisons with multi tools. Would you consider doing one on EDC flashlights/torches? Something simple, easy to use that will not break the bank. No need for 10 different colors and 20 annoying pulse rates or 100k lumans but tough enough for the working guy. Just an idea as the market seems to be awash with choices.
I just picked this up myself last week . It’s pretty dam cool. A lot more Convenient then my electric corded ryobi . Also very easy to hook up the hose without have to deal with tangled hose on Ryobi. Thank you
I just bought this yesterday. It’s a great tool to wash your motorcycle if you live in an apartment with garage. I don’t have access to a garden hose at my apartment complex. So I needed this to wash my Harley I love it! I’ll try to wash my car next. The soap bottle on this thing suck ass. You’ll have to buy another one on Amazon. Overall I love the tool
I bought one for washing my truck over the winter months when the hoses are shut off, or if I'm away from home. The battery life is ehh, but does the job. The draw hose works and with a couple more batteries on hand, it's definitely better than automatic washes. I wouldn't expect more than that out of it though. You aren't going to power wash your deck with it.
That soap bottle is lousy for car cleaning; maybe best suited for household or on the job sites. Need an actual foam cannon like Tool Daily Foam Cannon.
Ya and that was foam soap too right the only thing I have used with my foam cannon is just that cheap LA's totally awesome and it foams well the foam doesn't last long but it's not a soap designed for that
Thanks for the video, I was looking to see if I was doing something wrong with the soap bottle attachment. But as I see in your video it is just plopping out of yours as well, I was hoping for a bit more distance and pressure. I am wondering if I can jury-rig something like maybe inserting a small marble or ball bearing at the discharge end. Anyway thanks!
Nice review, wish those truck wheels had some mud on them, the dust/debris just wasn't a good demo. But this video really showcased the tool off better then some other (almost seemed like the others didn't give a shit or read the manual). Still not sold on this tool, but this video helped. Lastly seem the soap dispenser is almost more of an applicator. Salt away / deck cleaner / car soap for hand scrubbing.. Just my thoughts.
I’ve been studying these types of pressure washers for about a year reading different reviews. This is not as powerful as 1200+ psi power washer currently not even close. However it’s a good option if you have nothing else
I thought the ball on the feed pipe was a float to reduce pickup of sludge from bottom of creek/pond/drum by keeping the feed off the bottom rather than a seal?
Hmmm. I have roughly 380 linear feet (dbl that if I do both inside and outside of the yard) of 52" tall white pvc picket fencing to clean, and am wondering if this would be suitable for this tool to handle. Have been contemplating getting a gas-operated pressure washer prior to seeing the DeWalt tool. 🤔
@@txtoolcrib . Modification is now completed. Testing it later today. I was able to drill and tap the nozzle 1/4 npt. It now can receive a ss nozzle tip of my choosing. Not much plastic meat to thread... so one and done test is desirable.
@@txtoolcrib testing failed. All pressure went out the small breather hole. Now I am just going to adapt it to relieve a 1/4 quick connect. That way I can use my cannon on the dewalt hook up close to the compressor... not way out on the end. I have plugged the side hole and the bottom where the bottle was is plugged and a handle. Testing when my fitting comes in from Amazon
Does anyone have pressure drop while washing pointing the tip down ? It regains full pressure after I hold the gun straight horizontal and takes time , I think I am returning mine , I am not happy
Could anyone who has this power washer tell me which is the most powerful nozzle? I want the washer to strip paint off of an old building that I painted at least 20 years ago and not sure which nozzle I should use to do that. I probably shouldn't be using it at all actually but I don't think it will get done if I don't personally do it. I actually just bought this washer about a week ago and am having trouble with using it because of a problem I have with my arms. I guess I thought it had a little gadget on it like my Dewalt backpack sprayer does so that I don't have to keep holding down the trigger. I'm not young and it about kills my arms having to do that. I'm afraid if I get a gas operated sprayer that I might accidentally ruin it. I'm not good at trying to figure out directions and the one that comes with this power washer does not impress me.
@@KMT15 I already modified mine.. now it's just a pipe with a quick disconnect. Now I can hook up my breavex foamer... so it's on close to hand held unit... rather than the end of the wand.

What are you going to do if there IS NO garden hose? The whole point of this is to take/use it where there is limited water access. I use it where my RV and boat are stored. The water source is too far away so we have to lug water over (better than hooking up, hauling, washing, moving back, unhooking) to wash it.
Just purchased it today. Sent right back. Do not do it! Super weak. Worthless. I own close to a dozen 20-volt products & for the most part love them all. This baby is junk!
if only my outdoor tap had 500psi i wouldn't need this. Maybe where you are from your water is shooting out at 500 psi. I think on this planet no one gets that kind of pressure.
@@cameranmanner4701 you are as closed minded as the other people who responded here. I am not saying my tap or any tap can yield 500 psi on its own. There are attachments, simple attachments that screw on the end that can produce similar or greater power

Thats it. People like you are idiots also comparing it to a gas power or or electric. Its handheld. 550 psi. Not a 2000 psi or 3000 psi. Geez. Give this tool a break. It's strong enough to do jobs like washing a vehicle.
