The governor of Ohio is going out of his way to get Biden on the ballot, by calling an emergency session of state legislature to get Biden on the ballot, which is the responsibility of Biden and his staff. So again what state went that far to assist Trump to get on the ballot. However you look at it the responsibility the political parties to get on the ballot.
@@mcdonald0205 I am saying that this isn't the first time candidates have missed Ohio's deadline. Ohio has silly rules. 2012, 2016, and 2020 all saw one or both candidates require exceptions to be on the ballot. He isn't going out of his way, he is doing a basic courtesy to make sure one of the only two major candidates running for office is on the ballot. This year it's more of a Democrat problem than a Republican one since the GOP convention is unusually early, but most years both parties run into these problems. Why do you have such a problem with ensuring that the people of Ohio have the ability to vote for whichever candidate they want?

They came up with some weird law regarding extra criteria for getting your name on a ballot in Ohio in 2010 & literally never once enforced it until just this year.
