It is not a WW2 plane I am that familiar with, I haven't even built one before. So something a little bit different.

About Modellers Workbench:
Run by me - Scott. Aimed primarily at plastic scale modelling, but I also do model with other materials. I do have a bit of a passion for Large Scale Planes in 1/32 but I also model Armour and Vehicles and well whatever else I feel like. I am also in the process of building an n scale model railroad layout so I enjoy modelling scenery and dioramas.
Expect to see Tamiya, Airfix, Trumpeter, Academy, HobbyBoss Walters and other scale plastic model kits. Build videos along with some tips and tricks I have picked up.
I have been modelling on and off for decades now, but got back into it seriously during lockdown.

Love your patience and execution in building such great models . I know nothing about planes , but I guess the part of the fuselage that you almost snipped off was a sighting aid to manoeuvre the plane or perhaps to do with lining up the gun or the range . Thanks for another excellent and satisfying video .

@5:01 You have diluted the NEO , how ?

The NEO is water soluble or near enough. It did take me a while to figure it out. So I just add some clean tap water and mix it in a paint cell, just eyeballing for the consistency. Then I use a toothpick to drop it on and push it around. It also makes clean up much much easier. Even in my paint tray it can just be pulled out when dry. The only beware is if adding a second coat it is easy to pull up the first layer.

@@Modellers-Workbench I found somewhere that it's AMMONIA based , I didn't know that it can be thinned . so that was the best tip I have seen in a while , thanks :)
