Remember that the progress you make from here on out will not be as steep, but that is just a testament to how far you've come to now. Don't get discouraged if the gains slow down despite working just as hard. You've hit Legend, and are now on the +3500 elo push ;) be proud and push on!
You re literally a new person kieng, congratulations, i saw You for the first time in 2020's quarentine and i stop watching twich on 2021, i keep entering sometimes and it was just incredible to see how much effort do You put in this, You re a Master Kieng. In every thing you do.
Amazing work Kieng! as a beginner lifter you can probably still cut weight and continue gaining some muscle, but it really depends on what your goals are. If you want to hit some vanity lifts then sure bulk up for a few months and then you will have a higher metabolic rate so that when you diet down again later you can consume some more calories... but hey if you want to get a six pack remember its very genetics dependent on how low body fat % you have to go down to before you feel miserable... Again its about the journey and process and keep kicking butt with the consistency!
Congrats Kieng!! Thats soooo amazing keep it going! I sarted by myself but its hard to motivate myself. Also i was diagnosed with diabetis. Feels kinda hopeless, what kept you motivated? 😢
Good stuff, congrats Kieng. I started on myself in October. 244 --> 212 so far, aiming for another 30ish. Don't know that scans like these are really available here (if at all), but would have been interesting to do before and after like you have done.
