please this year do a backstage vlog of the Mr O, give us all an insight into the bits that aren't usually shown to the fans such as pump up room etc.. great vids DJ👍
Dexter, I'm very impressed with your approach to getting the work done, and never pushing beyond your physical limits! You are a real inspiration to this 45 year old guy! Thanks for the valuable content always!
anabolic dopeboy you're just fuckin rude to everyone who posts here arent ya???? Does it make you feel like more of a man to call others fag? Sounds like you're trying to cover up your own latent homosexuality!!!
Asking for a pic is not what you should look at.. the fact that he stopped,or after a set to take a pic is with a fan is WHAT YOU SHOULD LOOK AT. LOVE THIS GUY..
Yeah some people just don't give a fuck about other peoples personal space, plus going to the gym isn't just going to the gym for people like dexter jackson, he does it because he's a bodybuilder which is why literally every gym session could make him or break him when it comes to his competitions
Sometimes, it might be text from work you cant avoid... i do that too sometimes, but i make it quick, not like some of them keep on replying, i just text a msg less than 30sec, load weights or unload and continue...
If professional bodybuilding wanted to take a step forward and make it more welcoming to average people they need make Dexter Jackson the face of the sport. He has the qualities that inspire people and are relatable. Most of the top bodybuilders burn out but he is able to sustain it as a lifestyle and maintain an excellent work ethic.
Love the segment where you don't like the shoulder exercise coz it's hurting on your back and you go find a alternative solution to the exercise, great stuff!!
I think it's important that everyone realize that he wasn't slinging around super heavy weight. He got a pretty good pump on a few reps with heavier weight but he concentrated on form/full extensions and what not more than the weight.
Thanks for the quality training. Your advice on training smart - letting injuries fully heal until you hit them again - is great and it's motivated me in part to start training again, even though most of my body is injured and I have arthritis now. I do what I can as often as I can, and I stop when I cannot. Keep grinding, it's impressive what you continue to achieve.
I remember i had this magazine, i think it was MD, and there was this black n white pic of dex in it and he was so shredded even his face had shreds, he was doing a most muscular pose and i was like "wow! Even his face got that muscle separation goin on". That was definitely a whole nother lvl of conditioning
When you ask a bodybuilder what he eats, what do you think he's going to say? Chicken, steak, eggs, rice. There's not gonna be any huge surprises. He's not gonna say he eats a bag of Doritos and drinks a six pack of beer every day
Great Video Champ, excellent edition, soundtrack, extremely well prepared and you in GREAT shape as always, you are a truly inspiration for allot of people. You are the best Bodybuilder all times. , Hands down.
i love how Dexter is willing to listen to his training partner and at least try something, and then bam he does 3 sets of it. shows true character of a champion
Dexter ”The Blade” Jackson shows you what it means to be one of the greatest professional bodybuilders of all time in the documentary film ”Unbreakable” as you follow him step by step through his brutal workouts in Florida (preceding the 2009 Mr. Olympia) and in Gold’s Gym in Venice, California, where he fine tunes his amazing peak condition. Over 4 hours of explosive workouts are dynamically intercut with informative interviews on Dexter’s career, training philosophy, nutritional planning and his ever-growing popularity. Mr. Olympia opens up like never before about how he began weight training just to pack on a few pounds of muscle............
NinoDroid you never know, think about how many different versions of Ronnie Coleman we saw over the years, anything can change, same with Phil Heath when they said he had no back development
Next time try the upright rows lying on the cable row bench, use a tight grip for using the shoulders more than the neck. I am big fan of you since i saw you on a Magazincover back in the 90's, always in topshape on stage and this unbeleaveble Physik since 20 years makes you a truly Bodybuildinglegend! enyoying all you videos and hope you keep up the great work!
You are a great bodybuilder without a doubt. The workout portions are good information, but I'm more interested in the diet portion of not just your daily but weekly eating scheme.
I'm 68 been at the iron game 55 yrs, much respect to you, i'd love to know your gear cycle, that's not a dis trust me, but you seem to have that in check, not abusing.
dex, u the man. i have become a fan over the past few years. i wish you the best of luck at the Olympia this year...but where is charles ? seem like yall had a good routine and chemistry. hope it all works out for you with the new trainer. we shall see.
Great content man! Video on how your blood work is? Sugar? Cholesterol? Etc... just for people that's always wondering the future effects of bodybuilding
A me piace molto x la sua umiltà...non e un colosso ma trasmette carisma simpatia e serieta negli allenamenti...spesso nell allenamento lo sento con me..grazie Campione.
