It's an Intense one here!!
Watch and Listen and take notes!!
Watch my shoulders full up with blood as I execute each exercise!
Moderate weight, Lots of Reps and Lots keep pushing yourself to do more!
Different angles, different hand placement, just a good switch up from the regular routine!
Always looking for new ways to stimulate growth and have fun doing it!
Enjoy Myers!!

Straight no bs training. The mindset of feeling the training vs going through a routine BC someone said it was good is probably the best advice I've ever had and truly takes your training to a proper level. Separate yourself from the average and learn to feel your individual muscles contracting. Thanks Seth for another great video. Every upload makes me wanna go train!

It's amazing and humbling to see a pro bodybuilder training how I already train in terms of feeling the weight, lots of reps, drop sets and getting as much blood in as possible. I've been training like this for over a year now and have seen tremendous gains. It definitely helps validate my training style to other people when they ask me why I train so hard or using so many exercises

I have always been the biggest and strongest guy in my gym, biggest & strongest against other athletes, and I get comments about my strength and size all the time. Even with my years in the gym, I have learned so much from just watching a few of your videos. Especially with your knowledge of alternating grips, stances, and angles. Tirreger great answer!!! Lol no bullshit. Water seems to be an underrated necessity as of late. Again I am guilty of not drinking enough. And notice a huge difference. We all have different day jobs but do you best to drink plenty of water, have a consistent sodium intake (not too much and not too little, consistent throughout the day). But as for nitric oxide Supplements. Blackstone Labs HYPE is my favorite. Before I was sponsored by BSL i was buying them as a consumer. It is my favorite. Use my Code Seth10 for discount. Follow me on IG and every now and then usually once a month they run a 30% off sale on all supps. In fact today they are running a buy one get one free deal for Xmas. Thanks for the views and comments guys!! 💪💪

+Seth Feroce Seth, I love your videos and your honesty even though I disagree with you in some aspects like for example having your pinky higher than your thumb while elevating your arm. I think the risk/reward ratio is just not good with it. Have you planned to do a video about the different approaches to nutrition (Intermittend Fasting, ketogenic, renegade etc) in the future? I found for myself that I function the best when I am on a "fasting" schedule. I am really interested in what you think about all those different ways to approach nutrition.

Great video. My question is about lifters who do not take PEDs. For us, will such high rep ranges stimulate growth? I have always been told, heavy weights and compound movements are for growth on a lifter who does not take PEDs. Thanks for you content as always Seth!
@SethFeroceOfficial
@SethFeroceOfficial 7 лет назад
refoom Great Question. Now here comes the short rant. Lol You can be told anything. Both ends of the spectrum on anything. It is up to you to figure it out. Just like everything else in the world. If the same thing worked for everyone, everyone would look the same, the same Workouts would work, the same workouts would give all he same results and we know that they don't. Now there are a ton of other variables that come into play but from a training perspective but DO NOT take everyone's word.....Listen! But don't let that be the deciding factor. You have to do it to see if it works. Hence why I put out this type of stuff. It's all about having fun, trying new stuff and benefiting from your work. I trained naturally for 7 years. And I had a similar Wild mentality then as well. Lol that shouldn't stop you from pushing your limits and seeing what you can do. Just make sure your hydration and food and supplementation is on point. I will address this type of question in a video coming up. Great question, thanks for the comment brother! Hope this helped !

If you could ever show us some before and after pictures of PEDs I think that would be awesome if it isnt asking too much! The closest thing we have is Mark Bell's Pre/Post PED pictures and he was a powerlifter not a bodybuilder! Thanks for the awesome content Seth!
@joeharrell8363
@joeharrell8363 7 лет назад
refoom yeah high reps are beneficial even for natural lifters. There are 3 things that stimulate hypertrophy: mechanical tension, muscular damage, and metabolic stress. Higher rep ranges and short rest periods cause metabolic waste products to accumulate in the muscle. The body signals the muscles to adapt in hopes of preventing future accumulation. Hope this helps!
@thelastshallbefirst3653
@thelastshallbefirst3653 6 лет назад
I've also found as a natural that by lifting heavy and mainly doing compounds we are far more at risk of being injured, because we do not recover as fast. They key that I'm finding is to go heavy sometimes, but volume will help make gains in muscle, is far easier on the joints, and helps minimize injury. Plus, for many who mainly stick to heavy compound movements they never get a full mind muscle connection with the muscle they're trying to work. Instead they use every other muscle to move the weight. That is why there is such a drastic difference in the look of a bodybuilder and powerlifter. Hope this helps, God bless you all!

Disclaimer: Don't do this much volume unless you are on aas

More Protein I understand where you are coming from. However, I did train naturally for 7 years. And I was still a Fuckin animal. Do not underestimate yourself and not push yourself because you are Natural. Don't doubt yourself. Being natural doesn't mean you can't be Intense or go wild. Be in tune with your body. Pay attention, know your limitations, stay hydrated, make sure you ate good for the day and push yourself to those limits!

Seth Feroce Yep that's true,PED'S can only do so much,great info brother.

Seth Feroce That's great man I'm just saying I've seen many naturals get hurt or simply burn out from this much volume, and Mike Israetel, Brad Schoenfeld, Eric Helms, and others have done a lot of work on Maximum Recovery Volume (MRV) and volume is thought to be bell shaped, where you hit a certain amount of volume, thought to be 10 sets per body part per week, and then the benefits drop off quickly.

5% Natty Have you seen the study showing aas give more gains to a couch potato vs a natural training his ass off? PED's probably do more than you think, although I don't use that as an excuse to train less, just stating some info.
@nicksouth5976
@nicksouth5976 7 лет назад
your recovery ability is an individual variable regardless of natty status..I know guys that are "on" that require less volume than other natty guys that I know..stop using being natural as an excuse to hold back!..You'll never know if it works well for you or not unless you try it!

Mark Gil hey bro, train your delta right after chest/same day, and concentrate on a medium weight with good form. I suggest hitting more side and rear delt exercises. The front delta have already been hit pretty hard during your chest workout, but you could finish with 3 or 4 sets of presses if you feel you need it. My 2 cents.
