DH 8 9 Bree is alienated by the rest of the housewives 

They should have turned on Susan for painting what they did. Bree was trying to cover up the murder harder than any of them

Lynette told Bree that she controls everything, when the last time I checked Lynette is just as, if not, more controlling. Hypocrite!

I hated how they were so mean to Bree in the last season.

This is just further proof that Bree was an untouchable queen, and the other housewives were just urgh. Susan was foolish and extremely entitled. Gaby was a snake, and incredibly selfish. Lynette was a hypocrite, controlling and oh so draining! Nobody could hold a candle to Bree.

Susan painted THE CRIME SCENE!

2022, I'm now 25 and still don't get why they were mad at her when the murder was discovered. She kept the secret, didn't made an incriminating painting of that night, didn't act irrationally...but somehow they all collectively agreed to boycott her?!

Guess Lynette forgot to take a look at herself in the mirror before she said Bree is controlling..

To be fair, Lynette at least opened the door, which makes her a SLIGHTLY bigger woman than Gaby and Susan.

As I’m rewatching this series I now understand better why Mary Alice killed herself not only to protect her secret but because to prevent this very scenario playing out with the girls turning on Bree. 😥

I didnt get why everyone blamed her, without her, Carlos would be in jail. Carlos and Gabby owe her bigtime!

Bree was lucky to have a friend like Renee.

It made no sense that they gave Bree the cold shoulder the way they did. She may have made some mistakes and been too controlling, but all of her actions here were motivated by a pure desire to protect her friends. And then they were just emotionally abusive towards her. Even when they saw her acting extremely out of character and hooking up with a bunch of random guys, CLEARLY going through something, Lynette actually said she's not their problem after how she treated them. The way they behaved was just incredibly cold and heartless. It's weird how they did a 180 when they found out she was drinking again and started caring about her again, but they should never have shut her out like that in the first place. If anyone should have been ostracized, it should have been Susan for drawing attention to them multiple times, first by making a big spectacle of herself in public over and over trying to get in trouble and second by drawing those paintings that were basically just an illustrated confession.

I hated how they all turned on Bree. No wonder she turned to Renee for comfort.

It's ridiculous how they turned on Bree in the last season the way they did. They pushed her to break up with Chuck, which actually caused a lot of problems because now he had a vendetta against Bree and went out of his way to prove that she was guilty. Had she stayed with him like she probably would have without their influence, he wouldn't have done that and they likely would have been in the clear.

It honestly pissed me off how all they housewives turned on Bree. How are they blaming her when Susan was the one who painted the picture of the 4 of them burying the body in the woods?!!? Bree was the one who bought the picture!!! I don't know if it was poor script writing or what. But making Bree the enemy simply made no sense!!

They were never her friends. They turned their back on her and left her to deal with the aftermath of a crime they had a part in. The only one who was there for her when she hit rock bottom was Renee.

It made absolutely no sense for the girls to turn on Bree… especially gaby! What were the writers thinking

I wish they all went to prison except Bree

Gabi is funny but the most selfish and worst friend of those girls in season 8.

Everyone says that Susan is the worst but in this season Lynette and Gaby are the most detestable to the point that I took them down from my ranking. Bree (the best) didn't deserve that.

She didn't deserve to be treated that way, she was the one who took everything in her hands after the crime.

One thing I don't get is when Bree got the note how did she not recognise Orson's handwriting? Surely being married to him all those years she would have clocked that immediately.

Gaby is the worst! The whole thing was to cover up for Carlos!! And she had the nerves to blame Bree?? Like wtf!!! Lynette should be smart one! And here she is! Accusing Bree for controlling them??!! when what she can only is freak out!!! Susan is the stupidest for feeling guilty all the time! Like come on woman! Your idiotic actions can send everybody to jail!!!! Hate this season! Hate all the women except for Bree!! 😡😡😡
