DHA Quetta Crashed again - But i still think we can get back and earn from this. Most billionairs are made in recession so i think this might be the best ime to re invest in dha quetta and get the maximum out of its potential.

nobody can compare DHA Quetta with other DHAs, nobody can compare Big Guns Holder Buyers with other cities of Pakistan. Remember.

Bhai aap ki baatein sahi hain but 1 baat ka ap ko bilkul idea nahi wo ye k Quetta mein Land foots k hisab se bikti hai, aur kum se kum 4000 to 25000 per foot residential areas hain. DHA is DHA. now you multiply 4500 sqr ft of earlybird with 9000, jo k boht kum price hai. then next video mein ye zarur bataein k earlybird ki price atleast 60 million se bhi ziyada ho jaye gi, till 2023 end.

DHA earlybird is not expensive even in 3.5 caror. The time will show you that earlybird will be a more than Diamonds. because total 1200 plots hain. End users after ballot aaein gey. because they want a land, not file. 1 earlybird is a piece of cake for businessmen Pathans.

MSJ bhai those who chose to exit now finding ways to buy at low rate but can't catch up prices. Locals and end users have now started coming in Quetta market. Go and conduct survey than see....

End Users will enter in DHA after Ballot insha Allah. Atleast they will buy earlybird plot in 4 caror. because they want lands with plot numbers, & Map.

With due respect you seems to be a confused personality🙏 First decide you are For or Against Quetta. Your information is always half cooked and misleading. You are suggestinng Allocatio to be purchased @105. Whereas, Affidavit rate is still stable @107. WHY? cuz only Satta & Biana Mafia is at loss who confirmed deals in alloc files, on just Biana. No genuine purchaser was involved in this gambling. Quetta is still undervalue.

if you compare other good housing societies in Quetta. 25000 per foot land is hardly available. earlybird is 4500 sqr ft. if you multiply 4500 sqr ft with 25000, then think about it...

Agar Allocations ka ballot September October ya maximum 2022 end tak HOTA hai. To Uss waqt kis rate per dekhtay Hain aap Allocation ko?

Dear brother you always make your justifications against DHA Quetta. How can you say no end user, I am end user ànd had planned to construct house there. There are more many people like me who wants to live there . Point of the day is that please differentiate between allocation files of before 1-3-22 and allocations of after 1-3-22. Allocations of before 1-3-22 will be balloted after early bird and it has the same potential like early bird. Please communicate this point in your videos investors are mixing the allocations of before 1-3-22 with allocations of after 1-3-22 . Investors are buying affidavit at almost 105 lakh convert it into allocation same day and sell the same to new buyers at round about 120 lakh thereby earning there margin , new buyers oes not know that these files will not be balloted after early bird. Price of allocations before 1-3-22 will Insha Allah go up when people actually the difference.

Those who sold in 105 in February are regretting, and now can not catch again @125 126, they will cry and wait for further drop but rates are rising again from 122 and have reached 125 126 today. Still rising, wait for monday and you may see 130 again, dont sell your files

MSJ, Bhai allocation file holders allocating files in Mar 22 are also quoting low rates and asking innocent buyers that it's part of upcomming ballot. It's also contributing factor of low prices.........( told by a property dealer) your view.....

Quetta is very very expensive about lands. koi aam aadmi 4000 per foot nahi buy kr sakta. but Quetta mein paise wale log bhi boht hain. you have no idea. 1 ameer baloch aur pathan files k chakar mein nahi parta. they will buy a True land of earlybird at any cost...

Early bird price is more than double of allocation. So allocation is the best for investment. Affidavit is useless

7 month ho gay dha Peshawar ma koi buyer nhi ha..q k waqt sa pehly rate peak py gay..ab tab tak dha quetta or Peshawar ma rate increase nhi hogy jab tak ground pay plot na aya..dha ka TU investor ka game hota ha..ek sa Nikal KY dosry ma chala jata ha..or aamm bnda os ma pans jata ha
