Ingredients
1/2 Cup split chickpeas
1/4 Cup Pigeon Peas
1/4 Cup split Red Lentils
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Indian Bay Leaves
2 Cinnamon,
4 Cloves,
3 Cardamom
1 Onion
400gm Mutton
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
5-6 Green Chillies
Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder,
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder,
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder,
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1-2 Tbsp Water
1 Tomato
1/2 Cup Water
500ml Water
Salt to Taste
1 Cup Water
Coriander Leaves,
Dried Fenugreek Leaves,
2 Chillies
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Onion
