Pyaz nahi to kuch nahi aur masala pyaz mil jaye (unlimited) to khana, khana nahi accompaniment ho jata hai. Enjoy this easy-to-make Dhaba Style laccha Pyaz Salad Recipe.
Ingredients:
Onion (large, peeled) - 5 nos
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Black Salt - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1½ tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Ice cubes - few
Chilled water - ½ lt
Green Chilli chopped - to taste
Lemon - to taste
Coriander chopped - 2 tbsp

Hello Sir, Main 13 saal ki age se cooking kar raha hu, aur maine thaan lia tha ki mujhe Chef hi banna hai but mere ghrwale kehte the... This recipe was superb Sir!! In fact, this is the first ever recipe I have made with approximate quantities of Salt, Chilli Powder, etc. And really it was superb!!😋😋 I saw the video of Veg Dum Biryani where you just poured the salt into watervery swiftly. I made this for my husband and he just loved it! I’m not much of an onion salad person but when I made it and smelled it it reminded me right away of what we used to get at the restaurants in India. Thanks chef!
