I m from this constituency and that incident happened 30 minutes drive from my place. He might be afraid to point somebody's name knowingly but the fact is that we already know who's hand is behind it. This things are not new for the kacharis. I don't want to mention any particular TRIBE name but this tribe has been very aggressive toward them especially during election and it has been continuing for the past decade..
