Some times the props are real Dee, it just depends on the budget of the film. If it’s a high budget film they will have real guns, the thing is they shouldn’t have real bullets in them.
The ONLY thing I thought about was the CONTRACT they must have signed...so what they cryin about now?? I don't like his corny videos but he has no obligation to pay you more once you agreed to that original contract...so what are they trying to cancel him for exactly?! 🤦♂️🤣
I don’t know nor care about this man but as someone who comes from a family of contractors that is the best position to be in. This is the prime example of them not renegotiating their contracts. Once they saw him climbing up the charts they could have demanded more money to stay up with his numbers. And had he said no they go act somewhere else. They have no actual case if they chose to stay and work for him.
Honestly I’m not surprised 😭 he’s stingy and greedy. He got all that money and be having these actors looking crazy in those videos with the wigs, make up, even the clothes sometimes be off 😂😂
Also, the video you watched only described 1 percent. The biggest issue is the contracts, lack of transparency and empathy. The contract issue is, let's say that they have to be in a shoot for 5 days, but your not allowed to communicate or work for other projects in different companies. You are paid by hourly and not daily. So you can't do anything else to make money for those 5 days. There's alot more sketchy stuff that dhar mann does that other acting companies doesn't do

They knew what they were signing up for unless he didn't make it clear in the contract. Even with them protesting he can just hire more terrible acting people. They wouldn't get cast for even a commercial with the terrible acting "skills" they have. They need to take some acting classes because they're TERRIBLE. Their situation isn't something that you don't see in this country as far as rent. NO ONE can afford these rent prices which is why alot of people have one or more roommates. Its not affordable. These rents are so high that you could have a mortgage and more room for the cost of what rent is. They just need to do what everyone else does and find an extra hustle.
I'm conflicted, because if the complaint is that they aren't paid much money...how is it a good idea to use their time to protest, for free, instead of finding a better paying job?
How they trying to tell this man how he should run his own business. They are contractors and not employees. The acting is not so good and they have a choice to find other lines of work,
Dang I’m curious what happened Edit: as someone who is studying acting myself some of dee claims are factual and I agree but at the same time he is making a lot of money and reusing the same lead actors so if their barely able to pay rent that isn’t ok to me personally, and no dee their mostly always props and if their real that’s not ok on the directors behalf if it’s something that can cause the actor actual harm. But that’s just my opinion.
He fired an actress because she wasn't able to work due to a life-threatening health condition. She was literally having an allergic reaction, and Dhar mann still expected her to work.
I think the biggest hit to him is his credibility as an kind and caring person as he tries to make it seem with the “lessons” in his videos. Unlike McDonald’s a company we expect to be evil and scummy. Either way it’s a business and no offense to them most are bad actors so he probably just replace them.
Yo that little black kid in the video with the crazy babysitter.. That child was the best actor they had. Im sure his future is bright.. But these other actors TIMES UP. No shade, but to protest means there are no other options as they cant sue for any malpractice.
I always assumed that the actors in the videos had other jobs. I would consider being an actor in his videos to be more of a side gig to bring in a little extra income as well as getting experience and exposure in acting Not sure why these people are expecting to be getting paid full-time incomes when only a portion of the actors get used in each video plus it takes time to construct a video so there is no consistency in which actors will be showcased in a video and how many hours that they will work . THIS IS NOT A STEADY JOB! GO WORK AT LOWE'S BlTCH
They not gone be able to cancel him because he got the two most loyal fanbases, old people and religious people. They not gonna check into what he's doing behind the scenes unless it's so heinous that it gets to the 6 o'clock news. They just want their quick fix of cringy, "feel good" content.
For a lot of corporations its Investors > CEOs, Presidents, etc. > high Management > middle management > Everyone else. I dont know how that goes for people like Dharman though but I doubt its the same

I think I got the point in the first five minutes. The rest of the video is just repeating the same few points. . But of course no one is going to be perfect, do we really need to act surprised everytime a public figure is shown being less than perfect?
While I agree with what the guy is saying I’ll say this, they don’t “deserve” his money, u don’t like a job quit, should he care yes, are they entitled to anything more than what’s agreed upon no.
This is the world of acting. Do they pay any attention to the industry and how much actors are being paid? Women actors, Black, Brown and Indegenous as well as other people of color talk about it all the time about the pay and how their get paid significantly less than their white counterparts. Even the roles they get aren't the roles they truly want to play. Their typecast. And THOSE people are VERY talented so I don't know what they're thinking.
That clip of Lana is not fair She's extremely sweet and kind to her fans, she even let people who can't afford tickets to her shows, that vid is about a fan who took pics with her then gave her his phone and told her to take a video of them together.
I don't care about the protest if you're working for exposure then be prepared for exposure "money" people need to realizes how life is not black and white
This is what’s gonna happen. Everybody finds out what he did, the shit ain’t illegal so he can carry on as is. As many of the contractors that decided to quit, you just opened up a whole wave of job opportunities for new and fresh faces to the channel. Other acting companies or whatever now know you broke, nobody else was tryna hire you while you were with dharmann and he ain’t gonna take you back either. So the end result is a bunch of broke actors that won’t have a great change of finding another gig. Dharrmann don’t give a damn about you people man who tf would y’all ain’t his family. He’s a businessman. The cooperations in charge of strip clubs are not dancing on poles themselves in their living rooms why would you expect dharmann act accordingly? He is a businessman. His business is cringe videos that tug on the sorry heart strings of people’s social morals. Morals are not always law. Morals do not pay his bills. Morals do not pay your bills. Seriously unless dharmann was doing anything illegal regarding their contracts or personal interactions they might have had they had no reason to protest anything. They seriously shot themselves in the foot in my opinion.
