@@Kevin-ds6dx I don't think that's always the premise. We assume it is because we assume there is racism involved. Also, we can always tell someone is Asian by their facial features just as we can tell someone is black by their skin tone. Are then subconsciously racist? Is it racist for me as a black person to think an Asian looks like another Asian? Can you easily distinguish between a Korean and a Chinese? I think we assume a lot of racism even where it isn't because the media and people we associate with have conditioned us to think so but premise isn't logically sound for the most part especially today.
