DHOLERA SIR SMART CITY | GROUND REPORT 2024 OF DHOLERA SIR SMART CITY | Dholera Smart City Ground Report 2024 | 99% Work Completed | Latest Update 2024 | Dholera Smart City India | Dholera City India | Smart City India | Infra Guide | Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor | DMIC | DSIRDA | Dholera Special Investment Region | Dholera SIR Smart City Gujarat | Activation Area | ABCD Building | Dholera Waterfront
Dholera SIR Smart City is Developing in Phase wise so 1st Phase will be completed on 2030. 2nd Phase will be completed on 2035 and 3rd phase will be completed on 2042. Hence, after 2030 (Completion of 1st Phase) about 154 square kilometers Area will be Developed which is about equivalent to Gandhinagar and Greater than Chandigarh. So, You will get Operational Smart City (City like Gandhinagar area wise) in 2030, and that will be enough for accommodation of more than 5 lakhs population with Industries. And Activation Area (Area is about 22.54 square kilometers in TP2 Inside Dholera SIR mostly have Industrial Zone) has been operationalised in 2023 (Little bit Delay). Hence, Dholera Smart City has been Operationalised from 2023 (Activation Area) and 1st Phase (TP1 & TP2) will be operational from 2030. Linear Development Plan Area near both sides of Ahmedabad Dholera Expressway Inside Dholera SIR will be Developed by 2030 from TP1 to TP6. So, You don't have ho wait as long as 2042 for settled Inside Dholera SIR. Complete Area of Dholera SIR is 920 square kilometers and it takes time to develop completely. Dholera International Airport Construction was started in 2023 and will be completed on 2025 and Ahmedabad to Dholera Greenfield Expressway will be completed on 2024. Ahmedabad to Dholera Monorail will be completed on 2027 (Estimated).

I legit don’t many labourers working on the sidewalks. Like 20 people are working on sidewalks for this huge city… we need like 1000 otherwise this 25sqkm will take years to finish.

Please learn about the Amaravati Greenfield project which was with the fast pace than the entire Dholera's project which is still so slow compared to the works that went on untill the year 2019. What's the use the Modi got by jealousy helping a mean man to stop Amaravati project? Ain't he achieved the increase of rate of the works that are in Dholera? The corrupted to the core, cold-blooded criminal, Mr. Jagan, has stopped the entire Amaravati capital project, which was going at such a fast pace that it is more than the construction rate of the Dholera project. It's totally the castiest revenge regime and jealously crab politics in India that halted the great work and projects that were happening here in 2014-2019. Not bad, just need to keep it clean and tidy things up. A lot of maintenance must be done because bushes and grass is growing out of the sidewalks already. Over all not bad but could be a lot better. Also hopefully the housing is done properly unlike right now, where they connect the society to the main road. Main road should be connected to a sub street, and those sub street should have its own smaller streets where housing is made. Also no boundaries, any neighbourhood that is made should be done in a way that in future other neighbourhoods could connect to it. So people don’t need to use main road all the time, they can use inner suburbs streets to get to another area. It should also be mandatory that every neighbourhood that is being built has proper sidewalks and proper houses with driveways, lawns and garages like western nations so people do not park on the road and make it conjugated.

@@ikshvakudhanda7881 Buddy the sidewalks in certain areas are already built but the grass is growing out from it, so we will not have to remove those pavers and remove the grass roots and then redo them. Honestly I’m not sure why we didn’t just use concrete it would make it more quicker plus it would last a lot longer then pavers.

Aur semi conductor/any manufacturing industries kabhi sea ke pass nahi banate hai.. Sea salt corrosion karta hai metals me.. Dhoolera kafi pass hai sea port se.. Bro the real construction started in 2015 and uske bad corona aa gya tha to thoda delay bhi ho gya but pahle basic infrastructure like roads, dolera ahmadabad express way , underground tonals for electric wire and other work ke liye , power plant, airport or rivers abcd building etc.. banaya ja rha h jo ki 2024 me puri tarh se complete ho jayega or ek bar basic infrastructure and airport or express way ban jayega to development fast ho jayega or uske bad investment bhi aane lagega to buildings bhi banane lag jayegi . Various factors like jinn companies ne apni buildings banani hai unko fund ki problm, roads puri tarah nahi bane hai toh pehle usse banayenge firr buildings ka kaam shuru hoga aur companies aur investors pe bhi depend karta hai ki woh kitne jaldi land acquire karke kaam shuru karte hai.
