This video is all about the 42 year old food stall which serves only mattar kulche with their own uniqueness. They don't use any sort of oil, ghee and butter. The speciality of this food stall is their own unique way in which they have given numbers to their mattar kulche according to the limit of spice ness.
The higher the number and higher the amount of spice in one plate, and the most loveable part is that they have given their own names to vegetables which they use for example: if you want lemon then you need to ask for liquid and if you want some green chillies then you have ask for some extra capsules.
And for their love for cricket is also one of their speciality, as they serve in a very unique way and they call it Cut Short and the Indian oven they use, they call it Computer.
Once a person reach their to have some food, he cannot get disappointed not because of their food but by their uniqueness in serving food.
One of his favourite serving short is helicopter shot which you cannot miss after ordering your food.
Below are the numbers by which they serve:
0 = very low spice
30 = you are a bit on higher side
60 = bit more higher
90 = medium
120 = you will lose wicket here
