Yes even Dhoom2 was ahead of its time due to its COOL factor, none of the robbery shots were copied from hollywood...Sanjay Gadhvi is real OG director...Taklu Victor Acharya ruined the legacy with Dhoom 3.

Well one film that also likely served as inspiration was biker boyz ( not exactly a well known film) but it too was based around bikes and had some similarities with this film. One more possible reason for Tata Young in this film was that Pritam is known to often plagirise songs and by incorporating her in this film that plagiarism element could be taken away. I also think the first one is the best of the series largely because it had the best villain. Dhoom 2 had good action set pieces and the chemistry between the Hrithik Roshan Aishwarya Rai pairing was good , he still wasn't as good a villain and was more of just a thief. The love story sort of watered him down further.

Some feedback for the ad break , Its so robotic and un-inspiring , even the music is screaming to be skipped or fast forward ,it should be a bit more Hip or cool, with a less robotic more human like delivery

I am a few months late here, but I just finished this episode and noticed that you guys didn't mention, probably didn't know, that Dhoom actually had an alternate ending. The hero of the movie is John Abraham apparently.. It is mentioned in Romantics wherein Abhishek says that Aditya had approached him and Uday Chopra saying that there is this movie that I wanna make abt bikes and stuff.. tum dono ko lunga par hero nhi ho tumlog.. as it is your careers are not going anywhere toh chup chap kar lo ye movie..

I do not have the skills at all and obviously your tasks are very difficult but I am often put off by how Abbas gets the names of easy movies and songs wrong but can say obscure trivia. How?? 10-15 pieces dekh liya hai and while listening meri zubaan pe aa jata hai un sab ka naam and then hear what is said and roll my eyes ki are bhai ye nahi tha

There are many people who think that!! I think the HR factor gives a lot of edge to Dhoom 2( Including me) but 19-20 ka hi fark hai.. Also an Unpopular opinion: I like Dhoom 3 as well😅😂
