very good vedio! I love your sugestions! Egg without yolk is hard to digest. Too much protein bhi achcha nahein hai. Zardee safaidee ka poorak hai. Isse good cholestrol mile ga. Main aap ki iss baat se sehmat nahein. Cholestrol bhi zarooree hai hamaaree body ke ke organs aur Harmones ke liye.

aap roti khayein magar jwaar, bajra, makki, singharhha aataa aur buck wheat ataa ki kha sakte hai. Kuchh maheene se maine aata milaaya hai. Jismein, ek cup besan, ek cup badaam ka aata, ek cup coconut ka flour, ek cup baajra , aadha cup alsi powder aur 3 cup wheat aata. Main diabetic nahein hoon bas preventive care ki wajah se leti hoon. Yeh unke liye hai jo Diabetic nahein hain. Sugar waale log Baajra, buckwheat aur singharha ka aataa mila kar roti banaayein. Bajra is the best option if you can eat it.
