What doctor says it is correct In 2022 my diabetic is 430 after started medication for 5 months I stopped gradually to zero Last March, know my PBS is 127 to 135 , my HBA1c is 6 to 6.4 Earlier it is 11.3 In food iam taking vegetables more With proper diet we can control diabetic.

What you have told 40 year back, now some other good doctor are telling same things, like Dr Raju Krishnamurthy from Bengaluru(Bangalore), Dr Lissa Rankins from America etc.
In watching Dr Hedge, it sad to see some of these men sitting in the front on their cell phone. I wonder why they bother attending the conference. I feel like I would ask them to leave. Very insulting. To this great man. And I am not even Indian, but I love this guy

Praise the LORD This is for all my beloved viewers who r seeking for true health enlightment. I thank my lord for giving us good doctors like dr. Hegde . .he always tells us to be close to nature and specially love eveyone. I had followed few of his tips along with dr khadarvali millet diet. I have seen a postive change in parents . True sir.. prof. Hegde, as a medical practitioner for more than 15 years , i always think .. rational thinking says hyperinsulinemia causes t2 dm.. if there is too much insulin in blood in the first place, how will injecting more exogenous insulin solve the issue? Idea must be to remove stuff that stimulates insulin release consistently.. eat more protein and healthy fats.. im trying to teach my patients this and lets hope for the best sir
First of all know this . Insulin resistance leads to hyperinsulinemia initially and high levels of insulin is culprit and promotes inflammation and blocks NO synthesis so Hypertension and Fat deposition and over the period of time since receptors are not responding well which will subsequently lead on to relative insulin deficiency = so Insulin Resistance + Relative Insulin Deficiency = Type 2 Diabetes

I never had alcohol or tobacco But I had cancer got treated and got alright though the medicines were very strong had side effects but now by God's Grace I'm alright
I am a walking evidence that diabetes and its complications can be controlled, reversed and put to remission without medicine or insulin. Low carb (avoid sugar, white rice, pasta, refined wheat and processed packed food) and high good fat (nuts, unprocessed cheese, dairy, butter, ghee) is the key. Moderate light physical activity is sufficient. If you want to speed up and sustain insulin sensitivity, consider weight training st least 3 days a week. With all this my levels are completely normal. I can even try "standard" high carb Indian food and sweets once a week without spiking my levels. I recommend this for all those who aspire lower levels. Consult with your doctor and take this proactive step. Meds will only make your condition worse in the longer run.

During covid I happened to listen to Dr.pramod about reversing diabetes. From there started my husband 's idea about reversing it by stopping insulin which he taking for past 10 years.he stuck to low carb keto diet.hestopped all insulin and not a diabetic at all because now he is having sketal muscles.weight is optimum for 5'11.morning walks for one hour,intermittent fasting is our life style too.thanks to Dr.Hegde and Pramod and others on youtube for directing us.And above all we try not to take any medicine at all.Kitchen is our OP 😂

Very true! I would like to say 80% not 50% bcz recently I went to a dentist to fix a broken tooth, instead of fixing it the dentist did a whole mouth xray for no reason and gave me an estimate of $7000+ dollars saying u need to fix this and that. I took the paper and walk out.
