Confirmed! This method does work! I ran 2 runs, thru Northern Highlands, Southern Highlands and then the Weeping Hollow (in that order) going clockwise around the map on torment 6 using a crusader. 2 runs, 2 menagerist goblins %100 both dropped pets. Once I have more time, I'll test it more and post my results! GL! Season 16 BTW
Liv Moore doesnt come from a menagerist goblin. It drops from a Unique Zombie called Ravi Lillywhite. Ravi being livs boss and lilywhite being her bf in the show iZombie.
@@jadeprinces Just make sure that there isn't another bounty there because if there's already another purple spawned (for the bounty) then Liliwhite can't spawn. Just restart game until there's no bounty. The only bounty that can still spawn Liliwhite is with the 4 prisoners. The captains (purple) don't count as a purple mob so you can still spawn Liliwhite.
ALSO, The Puzzle Ring can be a real hindrance when farming goblins because it causes a treasure goblin to follow you around (he picks up non magic items and after 4 or 5 he'll drop a random item with a possibility of legendary) and he makes treasure goblin noises! It's SUPER CUTE any other time, but during goblin farming - not good.

Instead of clicking the minus sign at the top of the map, you can right-click to go back to the Act Selection. Just FYI to save you some time. And thank you for this information, ready to see how this fares.
got most of mine on act3 bridge of kor.... the spot with the cave for the staff that lets you enter the ponylvl is a great spot. most of the time i get 2-4 goblins
The only this I wish is that you would have shown what your passive skills where and your cube skills. I guess it doesn't matter but I noticed you have 5 dogs so I was curious.
Mrcastleskeep dude he said it’s rare for more than one goblin to spawn on the same map so there might aswell only be one on a map, no need to get your panties in a bunch about not hearing him the first time he said it. ^.^
I farm Cathedral Level 2 - Leorics Passage - Cathedral Level 1. Then reset, so far I've gotten 5 rainbow goblins, 5 pets and 3 vault portals in 3 days I'm also using a Barbarian that why I stay in those 3 areas.
Young Guns I farm in the Eastern Channel level 1 and 2, and Western Channel level 1 and 2 in act 2, I was so lucky though, I found 2 rainbow goblins in 1 hour.
minutes ago i killed a goblin idk what its name but it gave me the haunting Hannah pet and i was in shock and i got that goblin from here 16:31 when i was doing a mission
I would just like to point out that Menagerist Goblins are NOT the rarest Goblin in the game. Both Vault Goblins and Rainbow Goblins, I believe, are rarer spawns. Also, Nephalem Rifts are probably better for Goblin Farming as more than one can spawn per map, there are a couple maps where the game will spawn like 15 Goblins in one place, and you don't have to restart the game. All you have to do is finish the rift and pop a new one.
ForeverDegenerate well then saying that these goblins are somewhat rarer does not make any sense because ANY goblin can open vault. well except for rainbow gobos obviously. opening vaults doesn't make them any different from other gobos.
Any time I am farming like this, I like to run boon of the hoarder legendary stone (50) so I am guaranteed 100% gold drop on every kill. Yes you will miss a lot of gold but you will get a lot of gold as well. That is one of the first stones I level each season so any gold challenges I have are a thing of the past.
I am new to Diablo and know very little about the pet system Do the goblins that drop the pets only spawn after a certain difficulty and are all pets obtained off them
All pets are obtained from Menagerist (sp) Goblins. The goblins can spawn on any Torment level on any map. That being said, I've found that it's faster to run T6 and just a few maps that have known, frequent goblin spawns. When a goblin spawns, it can be any type of goblin.
Ok thanks for the help I will work to level up a bit more so that I can play on t6 and will try and get the legendary (gauntlet I think) that gives u three gargantuans, I'm assuming it is obtained randomly ?
Kane Robinson only 19 pets can be obtained from a manager gobo. the total number of pets available as of August 3017 is 33. other 14 pets are either available via purchasing other Blizzard games or farmable or not available anymore.
Just logged on with WD to Angry Chicken the routes...been trying for Liv for a very long time...got it within 2 minutes at Weeping Hollow...does only drop from Rare mob though...not MG...
So I got liv Moore in the weeping hallow? I didnt even see a goblin or hear one but it dropped after I killed a horde of monsters. I thought she was only obtained in the rainbow realm
He said that unless you have high paragon points you dont want to fight enemies. What difference does it make? Why would you want to fight if you have high paragon points?
I think he just means that unless you're powerful enough to kill mobs in one or two shots, don't bother. That's what I thought he meant anyway, and I agree.
Somewhat true. Liv Moore is actually obtained from a rare Elite mob called Ravi Lilywhite in the Weeping Hollow. It rarely ever spawns, and, when it does, you're guaranteed the Liv Moore pet upon killing it. The real problem comes in just getting it to spawn in the first place. As it easily is one of the rarest Elites in the game and can often-times cause players to have to repeat the Weeping Hollow area 100+ times (via resetting the game - thus - resetting the area) to get Ravi to spawn on the map. So, you are right, it is dropped from a mob. However, it only comes from Ravi. It's not a regular drop. Nor does it drop from a regular monster. So it's not a matter of "killing everything", but finding and killing Ravi Lilywhite...if it even decides to spawn on the map...at all lol. But yeah, you don't get it from a pet dropping goblin as stated in this video. You get it from a rare mob found in the Weeping Hollow that never spawns lol. Most other pets ARE obtained via the pet goblins though. There are a few more that aren't, but those are no longer available and were part of limited time events (such as the Butcher pet - only obtained via the anniversary event - a once a year event).
Keep at it. I went 15-20 times sometimes. You will find some. I just run a quick loop around northern highlands listening for them. Then quit and try again lol
If parents have a problem with the pets, they should not let them play the game...it's rated 'M' for a reason... stupid, conservative parents... If you get off on a succubus...you probably have deeper issues to work through...
