I just noticed this. Remember when Marius is watching Mephisto, Diablo and Baal and he says that hearing Mephisto speak was like a thousand needles spearing his heart? Lilith says something similar when she tells Elias she can feel it like a thousand wounds being ripped open again

Having watched this it feels like we're the bad guy. Lilith seems to want to stop the endless war and we messed up those plans and allowed a Prime evil to escape with a new host.

At the end of the game we again become a vessel for the prime evils return... Thru the blessing we recieve from mephisto...

lol that Tyrant King just let Lorath talk to himself, run up to the altar, stab Elias, then run away before even drawing a sword.

That scene with the serpent was haunting as hell. The music, the haze, so well done.

Ive never played Diablo or ever thought much about the franchise.. but I just recently decided to check out the full "Cinematic movie cutscenes", & BY THE LIGHT the Quality of the script, the voice acting, the design & beautifully created graphics are Epic, but the Score is what brings it all together & brings it to an even higher level. The score at every main event had me on the edge of my seat, as if I was sitting in the halls where Lillith is born again, in the church, in the battle for sanctuary. I made myself stop halfway through just to start from the very beginning so I can experience the chronological order of the lore. & man it was so worth it. How the Fuck does every movie have 200 million dollar budgets yet they cant get anywhere near the quality of cinema from a video game cutscene! Im still never gonna play, but the fact that they even included some parts of the gameplay that had important dialog was included to tell the story coherently, whixh alot of these channels dont do, is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, this makes me less anxious about having to wait for the release

irony is the fact that hatred was in innariuses heart, blinded by hate because of the actions both he and lilith chose to do, create sanctuary, and when heaven spurned him his focus of hate became lillith, ironic it was his heart that was full of blinded hate

I don’t play Blizzard’s games anymore, but I still think about their stories. Very crazy how sides can actually have two sides as well. A coin flip decision comes with at least two facades. Beyond that, I appreciated the story, but I can’t help but think there was more to this story that could’ve been developed better. Cheers for uploading this, GameClips. I appreciate that I didn’t have to pay for the game to see the story for what it is.

So Neyrelle is going to become the next Dark Wanderer (but Mephisto version)?

The human soldiers actually held their own against demons. I mean damn.

I personally think Lilith would have honored her offer to the hero. She simply wanted to end the conflict forever and would have taken a back seat after that. She never came off as power hungry evil in my opinion.

Lilith was just an absolute masterpiece here. Design, voice acting and her story is just wonderfully executed. It's really hard for me to see her as a bonafide villain even with the mountain of corpses shes left behind. But the ending though. Don't tell me it's Diablo I ending all over again.

The first time Diablo dont have Diablo...

Finding it neat as much as Lilith talks about family and humans empowering themselves, two of the people bound to stop her are very tied to this, pushing themselves over in memory of their loved ones. Neyrelle is a daughter, and Donan is a father.

I cried when Donan faces his grieve with Yorin. What a perfect performance.

I am here because my friends and I made a crazy decision to skip all scenes and beat game quickly to get to end game. As that is where Diablo games tend to shine. Now, I want to see the whole story. LOL. So, thank you! I will have my popcorn and drink ready for this one.

2:22:47 this cinematic in daylight is absolutely stunning. Worth replaying for with daylight. It actually made me wish D4 had an option to play with a free camera, like from 1st person perspective instead of the top-down.

Presentation 11/10 they have got the iconic diablo horror flavor back and better than ever. Plot: 4/10 a stellar cast of characters just can't hide that opted to kill any chance of letting new ideas grow infavor of retreading Diablo 2 story.

Never played diablo before but i enjoyed this.

After playing D4 for awhile, it seems far better than D3, It's like RDR2 with all the cinematics. And RDR2 was a masterpiece.

I was 4 lvls behind the recommended and didnt wanna grind to find out the ending, so i came here and wow. They actually made a Diablo game without having Diablo himself in the game, no wonder the game got so much bashing well deserved.

These cgi scenes are the best I've ever watched. They have this sense of grounded realism like no one is safe, and I love it. Makes me feel bad for the one suffering

What would be a good aternative is to see inarius gets redeemed after his years of torture, he turned into a better Angel or worst, he becomes a bad guy and they show us how he escaped making the story more consitent. Furthermore, they could make him awar the event that took place before (eg, diablo invading heaven, Mathael become angel of death..etc). I doubt he knows the heaven were attacked? I would have let Lilith take Mephisto's essence for an alternative view The prime evil will always come after sometimes. Another point would be a meeting between Him and Tyreal? I would like to see this since Tyreal became a human maybe inarius will have a change if he listens to his (boss) Story wise, Diablo may be repeating its self but there are so many ways to make it interesting. It is more about the unique interactions and what if scenarios. It was a bit dissapointing to see Inarius's ending go so fast after he has been teased for his come back. It is unclear if he is dead or his essence is now trapped in hell? We can always speculate

I saw many in comments say that Lillith didn't deserve what she got and that she was right all along or that she was the good character in this story. well, she's not perfect either... manipulating mankind, thinking that only if the strong would remain she would have an army to defeat hear father and uncles. ultimately it ended up being here undoing. I kind of think this is the entire message behind Diablo franchise as a whole - the cycle continues, fathers and mothers, daughters and sons committing the same mistakes until someone would break the cycle. how? nobody knows.
