about bold chieftain aspect what does having 2 shouts have to do with it? it says it affects the CD of the shout you cast not all of them so casting X will reduce X's casting Y after won't affect X. It's a nerf if you had managed to get the cd as close to 6 seconds as possible. imo its an ok change so you dont have to stack cooldown reduction just for the shouts
Correct about 2 shouts I misspoke. With the cooldown, the 50% is good when starting a build, but if you have a lot of cooldown on gear it negates bold chieftains in my opinion.
@@barb_or_bust I think it's a good thing to make it less mandatory even for shout builds. you can go either cdr or this (still can do both but with worse returns)
I am worried about the starlight aspect nerf. I mean, I did some napkin math and if I interpret the changes correctly the barb will be fine. it would be odd for them to buff upheaval and DB but nerf the one aspect that makes them spamable (aka usable in the first place). if the nerf doesn't affect the barb then the nerf wasn't targeting us barbs but I dont know who else uses this aspect so I am still worried.
The 42% healing in the paragon board should make it viable for the barb. With some healing on the gear, invigorating fury pretty sure it will do just fine, maybe even better than last season whitout any need for healing on the gear. It should be interesting for sure!
@@TomStp that's the problem. the nerf affects the res per healing ratio when you overheal. you need to get more resource generation. it means tempers and stats on gear need to be rolled well and masterworked.
