And 23 years later it’s the same price regardless of inflation and you guys are STILL complaining. Do you all just.. want it to be free? Would that make you happy? The whole story is stupid to begin with. She literally steals the soulstone from the only one who can protect her from its effects on her for no reason whatsoever. I liked the campaign and the story overall, but the fact that we're going against Lillith in the first place is also moronic. Neyrelle and the MC will just continue the endless cycle of the eternal conflict with their actions, condemning countless people to suffering needlessly. But I guess the Diablo story have to be milked in some way, I just hoped they would be less lazy with it.
Exactly!! It also bothers me that their repeating the same exact mistake the Zakarum made. It should be known that mephisto corrupted the land around his soul stone because he was too powerful to be contained.
We let her decide to imprison Mephisto with the soulstone. Then let her run off with that extremely dangerous artifact on her own. This is garbage tier writing. The story and characters of this game are utter 💩.

In the Teaser Trailer Mephisto mocks the MC for letting Neyrell run away with the Soulstone. WTF the writers force this stupid choice on us in a cutscene and now blame us for it

I’m new, been playing for about a week, got to level 60 on Rogue and 70 on Barbarian. I must say this game is incredibly boring but i haven’t had to spend one dollar on it so I guess I’ll keep playing at the beginning of every new season like the OGs 😂
Yeah it's trash. They just stitched together a bunch of stuff from previous classes that all did it better. Spear like the amazon, spirit attacks like the monk, animals like the druid/witch doctor plus a very similar aesthetic to the witch doctor

I'm glad the game is more in tune with its roots but it just feels... Idk rushed. Like I get game dev is a whole different ball game now but I just wish the lore and campaign story just had a bit more fleshing out.
What if i don't buy the DLC? will the new skills, paragon board, and other stuff besides the new region, campaign, and spiritborn be ported to the original game still? If not then this is literally P2W.
I wont be buying this forst time rver not buying a diablo exp. Finished the original game. Cant play past lvl 20 now with out being bored out of my mind. I get more joy from d2r than what ever the hell this is
Kinda annoyed at the decision to basically cut out a major part of the story and throw it in a heftily priced DLC. Not sure what else I expected from modern games though
I mean its kinda your fault for not seeing that the moment she left with mephisto in the soulstone like that was painfully obvious as a "find out what happens in the DLC we 100% will be releasing"
@williamgraham5924 probably yeah. I'll wait and see when it comes out to judge if it's worth $40. Definitely goofy af though that this DLC and the Elden Ring DLC will be the same price when the Elden Ring DLC will be much better.
@@Prince_Mammon 40 still a monstrosity for a game that required 60 USD to play. With 40 USD I can spend on Supporter pack on Path of Exile and get free league, which basically a DLC, for free.
@superspies32 thats also bad logic. Elden Ring was also a $60 USD game, with its $40 USD DLC releasing within the week. But very few people would say that these prices are not worth it. What matter when evaluating this stuff is how much content you're actually getting for the $40, not the fact itself that it's $40 USD.
