Good analysis, basically the more hp the enemy has the later in the fight this will kick in. For weak monsters it may kick in right away, for bosses maybe when they reach 20% life you'll get the second multiplier. I don't know, I'm not sold on this one, I think there are better aspects which work more often and have less ifs to worry about.

that's my concensus too, is this aspect is very underwhelming most of the time, a lot like Injured Damage modifiers which Trigger only when you are below 35% health. This aspect seems mostly useless until it's not, and then when it's not it's great. But at the end of the day it seems like any other aspect in the place of this one would be better.

I used this on my Incinerate build and I thought it was trash. It didn't improve the build in any way that I could discern and I was also applying burn damage with Firewall and Meteor. I was a 100% burn build and I had it on my amulet and it was terrible.

Would the second part of the engulfing aspect even apply to incinerate? Incinerate doesnt seem to have a snapshot since it only does damage while you channel it.
