Survival Instincts now correctly increase abilities such as Hurricane while in Werebear form. It also correctly increases the damage of abilities converted by Vasily's Prayer.
Changeling's debt still tracks skill tags. No observed damage gain for Hurricane hitting a slowed enemy while in werebear.
