Diagnosis of acute rheumatic fever 

hi, my boyfriend just got diagnosed with this, can you please tell me if you're okay and was it hard for you. I'm really worried about it and just in a lot of stress

@@kirtiiprasad oh, I am so sorry. If he can get to a doctor and get put on antibiotics that would be a lifesaver. In the meantime you have to keep his temperature down by applying cold wet face cloth’s not dripping of course to his wrists ankles forehead. Give him Tylenol or aspirin if he can take it and he’s not allergic to either to keep the fever down. I will tell you when the fever breaks, it’s almost as if one is having a seizure and I know for me anyways I lost so much water and I couldn’t stop shaking and I could hardly breathe. I was young very young, and I knew in my heart that death may be eminent. Nevertheless when my fever broke that’s when I finally started to get better. It’s different for everybody. It can last days or even a week or two. If you can afford a doctor or if you Can get a doctor just to prescribe some antibiotics that would help out so much. @@kirtiiprasad Oh and I forgot to answer one of your other questions. Yes I’m OK but when my fever broke my whole body broke out in blisters and I was one big scab. As I said we were so poor and my parents could not afford to take me to a doctor. Thank Goodness Your boyfriend has you with him. What a blessing. I was very worried and just felt super unsafe about the future for him and just very scared from everything since he just got diagnosed today. @@animalsareourangels93 hy im 15 yrs old girl I got rheumatic fever and my whole body is in joint pain(arthritis) I don't have heart damage but my whole body's joints hurts slot will this arthritis cure because some people uses to say that there is no solution for arthritis .please help me mam 🙂
