JS220 excavator Diesel Max 448 engine won’t start problem by Faulty CR pump and Injectors . This problem has solved replacing by new CR pump and cleaning all of injectors internal parts of 4 -qty Injectors. Ok

I have a JCB JS220LC excavator which was made in 2012 with about 5200 hours. I believe the ECU1 332/K6848 has gone bad, the symptom observed was that the excavator Isuzu engine can only start with the LIMP MODE switch on. I bought a new ECU1 and replaced the existing one. Upon ignition key on, I got a message on my LCD dash screen showing: "RECALIBRATE", then after a while (about 5 or 8 minutes) another message popped up: "HOUR UPDATE". I also purchased a JCB ServiceMaster program on eBay, but I don't know how to perform a re-calibrate from here. Could someone help me with how to proceed from here? I have the Service Manual for this excavator, but it doesn't provide instructions on replacing or re-calibrating the ECU. Please help!
please help me regarding the problem of the jcb205 exacavator unit, loss of power, things I have done Changing all the oil filters, after working it only lasts a few days, the problem is getting more and more frequent breaks or fuse burns, please help I wait
1. Check the fuel inlet screen (that installed on fuel injection pump) probably block and can cause less power. Clean fuel lines including fuel tank many debris may exist inside the tank. 2. Check Air Inlet system such as Air filter block or not, After cooler & hose break or not , and turbocharger condition , turbo used to failed on JS205 machine service meter about 4,000 hrs and some machine early fail less than 4,000 hrs. 3. For burning fuses, check the all solenoids near the hydraulic main pump, 1st solenoid is power mode , 2nd one is for swing, 3rd one is for hydraulic lock solenoids, these solenoif are used to failed internal short and fuses to burn when key switch on. Replace new solenoid if fail. Hopefully you can solve machine problem doing step by step all above.
@@zawmin8602 aveți vreun video cu senzorul de la temperatură apă....?! Creste până la roșu temperatura la apa și scade până nu mai indică temperatura la apă și nu se mai accelerează.....să fie oare senzorului de la temperatură apă defect?!
