Fan Fact: for the fire crew approach, if you use one or both bad gunmen and skip the section where the explosion that kills them, at the end of the heist the dialogue of having 2 good gunmen will be said, even if you didn’t pick Packie or Gus, and the bad crew members stats will still increase as if they had survived.

You know, in comparison to real life, I still wonder how Lester have the crew members like application jobs rather than being a full trust team (like any pro would be)? I remember there's a retured bank robber who analyzed GTA V crew members choice and pointed out the same issue. I love how confident and slightly cocky Rickie gets when he's getting experience. Have to say that's my to go guy in the game. Since the Vangelico it's all about shooting the cases and do a quick grab, he can do alright, here definitely gets better. By the time we reach the Big One, he does wonderfully. Also, I love when Taliana talks back to Michael and asserts her job. She's also one of my favorite crew members.

I like Hugh and Norm, so I took them only on the last missions. So they became rich.

If you think about it, Hugh, Daryl and Norm don't appear at the Casino Heist so we can assume that they all died at the story mode heists

I never really care much for getting that maximum profit. I just pick the characters that I find to be the most fun. For this mission that's Packie, Harris, and Taliana for the Roof Entry and Packie and Gus for the Fire Crew

I love the crew interactions when you're doing the getaway. The dynamics is a lot of fun

It's best to do the Roof approach with Rickie (with previous experience from The Jewel Store Job), Daryl, and Taliana as your crew for maximum profit.

Do Daryl and Norm have different dialogue in the union depository raid when they have experience? Edit: it’s hard to tell because they almost always pass away in other jobs.

I always choose Rickie for hacking, Packie for being gunner (as usual, Irish Trevor Philips in GTA 4 and in 5) and Taliana for vehicles on every heist.

Ultimately it doesn't matter who you choose. There are only slight variations with mission development based on any character you pick. The game is designed where you only ever lose the mission if YOU die or screw up; not if one of your sidekicks is slow or messes something up.

Shouldn't the FIB team take the situation and not the NOOSE? Feel free to correct me in the replies if I'm wrong or something

it doesn't really matter which one you choose because the amount of money you get is too much anyway you don't really ever use that money so its just a decorative aspect of heist i hope gta vi improves these heist missions something like vice cities heist
