Not enough air space for the driver to do it’s job and the lower will rattle . Call Diamond audio They will Tell you the same thing . These this rattle the saddle bags The lowers would be worst .

@@NVSAUDIO Carlos , i ran a pair of these new Diamonds 4 ohm in my bags and they kept clipping, I ended up putting my ground zeros back in my bags, what am i doing wrong?

Not a stupid question at all We use speakers like this for our car / truck clients that want it extremely extremely loud . They get way louder than car speakers

@@NVSAUDIO I currently have hertz sx690 neo in my saddlebag lids on my 1200.4-2ohm. If I swap them out for the ms69neo. Will I have more midbass?

@@keithbell8690 Depends on how you have them wired At 300 watts each They will Sound the same as the hertz On 400 watts plus They will outperform the hertz

I have It’s a awesome woofer at a amazing price point But it can’t handle the same power as the big boys

They would not perform well in lids in my opinion For lids I recommend the ms8neo

@@NVSAUDIO - Don’t understand why not. It’s the same volume of space. The only difference would be the plane the speaker is mounted on. As long as there’s enough space for speaker excursion and it’s the only speaker in the bag, why wouldn’t it sound just as good. Just trying to understand.

@@SGS_Rider_2020 Every one gets confused on this . The woofers need something to “load on “ the area under the fender acts like the trunk of a car when it’s closed and helps the woofers produce pressure. So In a car the subs are in a box ( the saddle bags ) and they play into the closed trunk ( space under the tail ) If you put the woofers in the lids , it’s like riding around with the Truck of the car open ( too much air for the woofers to try and pressurize .

How can I compare a $450 set of hertz to a $800 set of diamond audio ? If you want to compare them Compare them to the $1000 cicada 8 inch carbon mid bass
