I really wish it had 10 channel out, clip indicator, built in RTA. Man if audio control decided to make a small bike friendly DSP it would be game over.
Same here. Want to do 2-8’s in each saddle bag lid. 2-8’s in tour pack lid, 2-8’s in front upper fairing and 2-8’s in lower fairing. Then I have speakers in the tour pack pods
I love your videos and channel, you always make everything easy to understand! I’m running two saddlebag subs, two lid speakers, and two fairing speakers and two amps (1 for fairing and lids, and 1 amp for the subs). Can I run one DSP for both amps or do I need a separate DSP for the second amp?
All right I get some frog tog stuff carry bag and I cut it out into @8.5-9” circle and use it between the grills and speakers with some one time water proof and yet to have water get through.
I have the DSP software on my PC laptop and not having the issue of seeing all the app screen. Wonder if it has to do with your screen resolution? Mine is running 1600x900. Can't wait to get one in the shop. When I picked it up at K-Fest, I was blown away how small it is (about the size of a pack of cigarettes!!!). Now just got to wait until they get to our distributor.
I have a 2022 Harley road glide special and am looking for the same set up but do I need the dsp, or is it recommended and if so could you explain to me why. Thanks love the channel
I have a 2022 Yamaha jet boat and the amps I'm running has a 1volt signal out from the first amp going to my second amp a 4 channel amp and then to my subwoofer mono amp. I'm feeling like the reason my midst and highs don't sound powerful is because of the only 1 volt going to the other 2 amps. Will this dsp help with this. I'm currently running a dd audio lineout converter to the 3 amps. If not what are my options to still keep factory conext screen running audio .
I use to be very familiar with installs years ago before DSP and line out put converter. My question to you is what is a DSP used for? Is it a amp with a built in EQ?
Carlos I have a Diamond Audio Neo speakers front & rear running on Sound Digital Amps. I have an older DSR1 DSP. Would this new Diamond Audio DSP have more features to warrant a change to it?
Help.. installed and getting loud ass noise with the rca going from the hu to dsp to amp..if i go direct hu to amp via rca no noise.. what do you to eliminate the dsp loud ass noise???
@@NVSAUDIO I watched a video where Carlos was saying that I could keep my Harley Davidson by Rockford Fosgate series 2 speakers, because they’re good speakers. I would like to keep them, add another amp and DSP and some subs in the bags. Just trying to see if it’s possible.
The Bluetooth is a total pain! It keeps switching my inputs to Bluetooth instead of my line outs from my head unit! I’ve “forgot” it on my phone but it still switches…ready to cut of antenna or throw it away…pure useless when it keeps switching, it also doesn’t turn off amps when it does this trick

My bad for listening to your video. I bought the Diamond DSP. What a piece of ****, the dsp would not stay connected, the website to get the software is a dead link, calling customer service was impossible, you will get a message that they will call you back in 24 business hours, sent the dsp back for refund. After removing the dsp I learned my eq settings didn't need a dsp they were already flat. All I needed to do was adjust my gains on my amplifiers. Adjusting the gains on each channel is a must.
I’m sorry you had such a bad experience with the dsp . I don’t understand what you mean by the dsp would “stay connected “ the dsp connects to the computer via usb cable so how did it not stay connected? Only issues we have with these dsp is the gain slider would rest if the voltage dropped below 10 volts , and the remote turn on output wire causes a pop sometimes . We have installed over 100 with no issues other than the 2 I mentioned above.
The neo 6x9 is midrange bottoming out at 90hz. The 8” mid bass advertises 40hz but my ears tell me that’s ambitious. I have the 6x9’s with the 6.5s in my road glide and it’s really good but I’ll admit I’m hoping they come out with a mid bass 6x9 that can get closer to 30-40hz.
Has anyone had issues with on and off pop with this diamond audio dsp? I installed with remote in and remote out and with only remote in and still pops. checked all grounds.. I tried 2 different diamond dsps and something...I put a different brand and no pop any advice? I'm running Fosgate pmx 2 head unit/ Diamond micro4v2/ and 4 Diamond mp525
I'm getting the same thing! I was told don't use the remote out but I was getting the same pop! Diamond told me to send it back in...so I'm waiting on the new one now. I'm running the audio without the dsp and not noise or popping going on right now!
