I'm still a noobie with Diamond Painting and I can tell you with 100% certainty it is a totally addictive craft. When I was much younger I used to do a ton of cross stitching, but as I kept getting older it was getting too hard to see the tiny holes in the aida fabric. Although I still need a magnifier to do diamond painting it's still easier to see your placement than pushing a needle up through a hole in aida.
Not happy to hear about your car accident, however I'm happy to see that you are ok. I loved your comparison, just an FYI for Diamond Art Club any number under 150 is an AB. I've worked on both canvases and I do agree with you that DAC is a better quality. Have fun diamond painting.
Simply LOVE your videos and of course your personality! When I started out, I was buying Intermediate kits, which turned out to all be partials. They were Diamond Dots. I moved up to full drill paintings from Diamond Art Club. I just ordered 2 Diamond Dotz full drills and am anxiously awaiting their arrival! These will be the first full drills from Diamond Dotz. Thank you for sharing... can't wait for your next video!

I really enjoyed this video so I subscribed. Great comparison. I have yet to work on a DAC canvas but from almost every RU-vid video I have watched, it appears they have the best quality overall.

I just got the cat one, I’m going to put a cute gold Frame on it when I’m done and use it as my main art peice above my couch in my living room. It goes perfectly with the colors I have and I’m a cat lover and have two myself so it’s going to be so perfect! I went to hobby lobby to look for something above my couch but everything that was the right size was so expensive so I figured it gives me something to do, it’s relaxing af, and it will look great as decor!

DAC I got Black & White, Dahlia. I used some AB I had on my Succulents. I walked out with plenty of change from my $100.00 bill. I had to laugh when you couldn't find the diamond art at Hobby Lobby because I was just at a hobby lobby 2 days ago and I couldn't find them.... so I called them to ask if they had any! Haha, they had a lot and told me they will be on sale next week for 40 or 50% off.
I bought a ton of canvases off Temu lately, there prices at about $1.99-$3.99, and there incredibly sticky, there images are well printed, they mostly use the alphabet for your symbols so there easy to read and find. I like smaller sizes because im bed ridden, and i collect canvases that fit entirely on my light table. So 30x30cm is my favorite size. I've bought dozens of dragons, fairies, celestial pieces, chibi animals, roses, key chains & coaster sets. I tape the canvases directly to my light table. And yes I know these are 'made in china'. But the symbols are bright and clear, there incredibly sticky, the drills are uniform, I've found very few bad ones. And thats in dozens of kits I've done. And each kit I've found comes with more than enough extra drills I've managed to build up quite a collection of left overs, I'm stating to do some custom designs on canvas pencil cases to sell and make some money back. I bought the canvas pencil cases off temu as well. They came in both natural and black in packages of ten. Great for doing custom artwork on.

Those look like good kits. Diamond Art Club is expensive, but you get a better experience and product for the price. Shopping around for sales is the way to go. I'm glad you're doing okay after your car accident!
The diamond art club kits that are new releases all have the new tool kits. Older kits have the old tool kit ☺️ also, sneaky cat was my second diamond art club kit!
Man, where do you live, I want to visit that Hobby Lobby! I am in central Iowa and they are just now starting to carry a decent amount of these, like it's a new hobby. Kind of frustrating. Awesome video. :)
I prefer the Square drills over round ones. I did not see any kits at my Hobby Lobby that had the Square ones. They seem to fit better than the round ones. How can I be sure that I can get a kit with the Square drills instead of the round ones?
Ok so DAC diamond painting, you said that it doesn’t show the ab drills right? Well to know where the ab drills are, when u look at the color list, any number from 1-150 are ABs
Yes! Every color you ever get will have the same code each time. Making it easy to organize and keep track of! I actually have a huge zip-up binder with clear card collection sheets so I can write the number on each slot and store my extra baggies in there.
