it's hard to write a timeless song. it's harder to write more than two and almost impossible to write more than five. Then there are people who changed rock history. They're in a league of their own. Brian Tatler did all of the above. his band Diamond Head changed how heavy music sounded forever. Metallica covered 5 of their songs and still play their music live. Diamond Head never got the success they deserved, but they were lauded by their peers many many times. if you've never heard "am I evil", "the prince" or "helpless", shame on you. go to Spotify NOW. We bumped into Brian Tatler fully unprepared and stole 10 minutes of his time. invest 10 minutes of yours. it's well worth it.
