I've been pretty busy so this is just another "quick and dirty" (poorly edited) video upload. My friend/mentor, Rich, and I went up Diamond Lake and hit some beautiful glassy water in the morning. We spent a chunk of time slowly trolling wooly bugger/nymph combos around the north end of the lake (wrong end of the lake...my bad). Nevertheless, I could see some decent fish from the bow and eventually we switched to free-lining (no weight) whole nightcrawlers into likely looking spots. We did OK, but we spotted a good number of 15"-20"+ fish tucked up to the reeds on the NW shoreline that were very reluctant to bite. Oh well, we had gorgeous weather and the views were spectacular!
