Other than the upstairs furniture and location, I love this property. It only needs some minor renovations and additions to perfect it. Too bad villas in Thailand aren't freehold or I would seriously be tempted.

We can only hope for the future such rules will be changed. They are already looking to increase the foreign quota to up to 80% now, so who knows what else they might consider

I agree. It is for a very very very small market, but the owner reached out as he the neighbour of another large villa we helped sell, so we wanted to challenge ourselves

It's called diversity. No one is forced to watch any video and full details are in the description before anyone clicks. I never put a misleading title to draw in views If you don't like, simply don't watch or unfollow if you feel that insulted

Technically, you didn't add a question mark, so it was more of a statement than a question I believe that every view and every comment helps. Maybe not all condos and videos will be liked by all, but then it is merely impossible please everyone all the time. Instead, we choose to post videos we feel are relevant or unique. We also turn down opportunities to make content for properties we feel are not right This property seemed interesting and is very unique. It was very hard to find a buy, but what if, just maybe, we had one viewer who always wanted to run this kind of company or was in the market for this... Wouldn't that be something ...technically, each property we market is only for one individual as only one person can buy it, yet we market it to everyone on here ...so in answer to your question, that isn't a question. I believe, yes. Our followers grew after we posted it

The current owner who train the buyer if it was needed. If no training is support is needed, the owner would be willing to discount his offer

Don't worry his business is really doing very well and he is doing this for more than 30 years and he will not fully retire and will bring customers monthly for cutting gemstones for clients. He just don't want to be working every day and taking care of everything and wants to spend more time with his family. He can show to any serious buyer proof of income and all necessary documents.
