In fairness he did say that the pool is currently undergoing refurbishment. Mozzies shouldn't be a problem on the 6th floor so that's not really an issue with this particular unit.

I agree with you. The building was not well maintained before but they have recently invested money into better maintainence In terms of the price, it's always hard to say if overpriced or not. Everyone puts their own value on what a property us worth to them. On a personal note, it is a little overpriced for a one bed, but with very few units in this condo, it's definitely a very quiet and more exclusive place to live, and there ate a dually a number of great international restaurants just in front of the condo where you can dine on the sea front But thank you for the feedback it's always appreciated

Hmmmm many Chinese are still buying. In my honest opinion it's mostly Europeans trying to get rid of properties previously bought under Thai company names Chinese continue to hold onto them and are renting them out

It's still on the market as expected. It's overpriced, as I mentioned in the post, so we didn't expect it to sell just yet. It was more for promoting this location Rental wise you are looking at 20 to 25k a month

Both options are viable. It depends on your bank's transfer fees. I personally use Wise and do a direct transfer to the other persons Thai account to make it quicker, but of course you could transfer to your own account first

@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND Lol, you've agreed with me plenty of times. Its also the fact that there is no real facilities, for 7.5m I'd want some with luxury touch too. But unit itself is great, sort of thing I'm looking for, possibly even a 2 bed for the size.

@@fgafootball Yes, the facilities aren't great but they are in the process of doing some refurbishment but it's hard to tell if it will be done properly or just a cheap refurb ...and sssshhhh, we can't have people knowing I agree with you on the RARE occassion lol

I agree it is little expensive, but it's hard to compare to copacabana. Yes, they have amazing facilities but the condos are so small and compact and furnished cheaply. Many of the rooms are falling apart and you are surrounded by so many people renting for a few days. Facilities are also overrun with tourists using them

I agree that the facilities here are a bit below standard. Though if what a buyer is after is a sea view, an extremely quiet condo with very few units, and isn't too worried about facilities and likes Na Jomtien, this could be ideal

I don't think there is a single area in Pattaya that doesn't have soi dogs. Even outside the most luxury condos you will find them, but they are pretty harmless if you don't annoy or scare them Definitely not noisy from cars as there is little traffic In terms of the smell, the water was at low tide when we were there but I honestly didn't smell anything as it wasn't right on top of the lake

Yes, this is true. New condos are popping up all the time, but at least here, you know no one is going to build anything in front of you, blocking your view and making your property fall in value

Did you use enough exclamation marks? Yes, it is a little on the expensive side, but if someone wants something very peaceful, private and exclusive, and isn't worried about facilities, it could be of interest to them

@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND Na Jomtien is not Pattaya it’s very closer to Baan Saray every place is not Pattaya that is my point of what I meant to say. it’s untruthful untrustworthy Online marketing always calling labeling every place Pattaya ) each one of those Municipalities have their own political Reps Banglamung , Baansary ,Jomtien , Chaiyapruek , Na Jomtien , Pratumnak I have 26 combined yrs of living experience in the Kingdom. on 6 Tourist Visas, a Marriage visa, Now Retirement Visa and I have had a export corporation that owned a house on leased land under 1966 Thailand Treaty of Amity btwn My former Country and The kingdom I’ve lived Chonburi And Rayong & other parts of. The Kingdom of Thailand and Every place near Pattaya is not Pattaya To try selling property in Thailand without mentioning available VISA requirements is wrong and the other part of that is leaving out surrounding in many case. under developed transportation shopping infrastructure in many of those areas and the resell difficulty in older age will be a challenge
