Duduk is an Armenian national wind instrument. You can hear him playing in this song. It differs in that it is made from apricot tree. And its sound is in tune with the human voice. Yes, I watched your video till the end and speaking of food: as you are living in Holland and I had a chance to visit this beautiful country I loved traditional Dutch chickpeas soup and they do the same way like we do in Russia and Kazakhstan thicky , meaty and fulfilling. Good to have in cold winter weather. But as you are Italian we have similar to ravioli dumplings called pelmeni. These are my favorite foods. Greetings from Kazakhstan.
