Diana Ankudinova singing "Wicked game" Video Reaction 

She is now 16 years old. But when she sang this song, she was 15 years old. And she sang beautifully at the age of 14.

Очень часто в попытке как-то описать голос Дианы-Шаманки различные западные "реакционеры" вспоминают про Шер или Шакиру. Ну надо же какую-то хотя бы близкую систему координат использовать для понимания голоса Дианы. Но если смотреть объективно на вокальные возможности Дианы, то ее тесситура намного-намного шире. Она держит ровный качественный звук бельканто (bel canto) в таких низах, и так долго и с такой уверенной накачкой и силой связок, что Шер или Шакира треснули бы в этой глубине как подводные лодки, которые рискнули погрузиться глубже, чем это допускает их конструкция. При этом Диана уверенно забирается и наверх достаточно высоко. И там тоже тянет звук гладко. Я уверен, что ее длительные эксперименты с техникой Jodeln помогли ей укрепить голосовые связки очень сильно. И она сейчас чувствует уверенную силу, когда ныряет глубоко и держит звук внизу. Но и это все не в полной мере описывает ее как явление. Ну, мало ли кто умеет петь из женщин низкими голосами? )) Разбирайся я хоть немного в музыке и вокальном искусстве я бы тоже ее сразу заметил за количество интересных обертонов в ее уникальном тембре. Кроме того, мало кто говорит о том, что она очень профессионально вживается в образ и ее подача на сцене такая, что большинству наших "признанных матрон эстрады" надо бы собраться группой да записаться к ней на платные курсы сценического мастерства. )))

This is from a Russian show called "You are Super." The show is exclusively for kids who have been orphaned or abandoned by their parents. Diana had a really rough early childhood. She never knew her father and was badly abused by her biological mother, but Diana was fortunate when she was very young to encounter a really nice woman who took her in, and who has acted as her mother ever since. The judge on the show with the shaved head is Igor Krutoy, a very famous composer who has written the music for many of the songs sung by Dimash.

My favorite comment below the video with Diana: "...with her voice, she can rock the child to sleep and she can pull out the trees with the root..." Goddess Diana!

This is musical competition and TV Show "You are Super" - this is a musical competition for children (from an orphanage, without parents or adopted). Diana won 2nd season in 2018 and won 3rd superseason in 2019 (Gran-Prix as best performer all seasons). She song 7 songs on this show (2 season at 14 years old - Derniere Danse, It's a man's world, Rechenka, Tomorrow is a lie, 3 superseason at 15 years old - Snowstorm, Wicked Game, Human).

*You have to hear her sing RECHECKA. From what I know on her story....* what hard fate this girl had. She did not know her father, the mother was a complete alcoholic and constantly gave birth to many siblings, 8 of which were aborted. Her mother did not feed her, constantly hitting and even tried to drown her in the bathtub but in the end she threw her away in the night like a kitten on the street with a broken collarbone. 3 year old Diana was picked up on the street by her own relatives, but since she did not talk at all, they thought that she was mentally retarded and gave her to an orphanage. From the orphanage, she was taken by her foster mother and in 5 years gave her to vocal courses to develop her speech. It is through the efforts of the foster mother that we see this unique treasure
