I love Diana...and her friendship with Liza is best. Diana's care for Liza is so genuine. She keeps a small group of people close to her and cares for them with all her heart.

Oh, you're right! I forgot about that. I wonder if the difference in age btn Kelsey and Diana have anything to do with it. Or the relationship level btn Kelsey + Liza vs Diana + Liza. Either way, I'm glad the truth's out and they can continue their professional-personal friendship.

I think it shows a bit of their age. Kelsey is more imature and is beginning to feel the pressure of that level of work, also havin Liza as a partner and best friend. Diana is a seasoned professional and a older woman, she sometimes mentors Liza and definitely knows how hard the business is for women in their age group.

I really need to catch up on this show. I knew though that Diana wouldn't take it as hard as Kelsey when she found out. I think that while Diana might feel some type of way about being deceived, as an older woman she can understand Liza's position. Not to mention the two were not close. But even with that Diana may have a hard shell but she has a very soft nougat on the inside. Kelsey is still young so she won't know that age discrimination is real until she gets older so she can't understand why Liza would lie..plus I think because she had really gotten close with Liza.

That final scene made me cry.. I hated that Diana found out the way she did. This scene is probably my favorite scene from the entire series, I love their friendship and love for one another!

I think Liza hat a true Friendship with Diana made of support and confidence. With Kelsey..the more i see the scenes the less i do like how she treats and handle Liza. Liza doesn't likes conflicts, that's why accept everything and everyone as they are and if necessary , she steps backwards and stay silent.

After Charles found out she really should have just chanced it and told Diana herself. I mean...she saw how everyone else felt when they found out. To have to hear it from someone else is always worse. I hate that she considered Diana a close friend but still couldn’t find the courage to be upfront with her. When anyone outside her circle that finds out, their first thought is blackmail. How many times does she need to be threatened? She needs her core friends to know the deal. Not only to protect herself but to protect her friends and Empirical.
