Here Diana is 33 years old (born in '44) and her career was only 15 years in. Amazingly today she is just as humble and grounded ... not to mention gorgeous inside & out!

But once again, in 1980-81, of course there were VCRs, but, her "diana" television special ran twice in a row because it was so successful. The self-titled album, "diana" ended up selling nearly 10 million units boasted I'm certain by a re-airing of that special. That also happen co-star this guy named Michael Jackson, who was also hot off of his mega-selling "Off the Wall". Magical....but this appearance was promoting her Tony award winning "An Evening with.....".!
We never got to see Diana Ross on tv here in the UK. Only very rare appearances- the Muppet Show and then her Diana! TV special in the early 80s along with an appearance on the Parkinson talk show. Once her career was stone cold in the US we saw her appear on a more regular basis
Diana Ross is so classy, so beautiful! I loved her as a child going to see Lady Sings The Blues, I was 7 years old, but I felt her performance on a level that wasn't too far from what the story actually was. There will never be the 60s and 70s pop culture run again, or even close. She looks so gorgeous here, too!

Althought, most look at best during their 40 years as Diana looks and looked beautiful in her 40s and 50's (of course if correct lifestyle) , Diana seems to always look pretty fantastic as here and today, 1/31/2019 with class. The large hair always worked for her and still does, my opinion. I'd like to add that she has a straight scale with curly hair texture which blends well. She has raised her children well, protects them and she seems to always be in control. Great lady, great lady!
agree.. we've all heard the behind-the-scenes drama, but the one thing i believe is she kept family #1.. seemed like she always made her parents/kids her priority and we know michael adored her growing up.. i think she's just one of those ppl where business is business and family is family, and if you aren't in that immediate 'family circle' then you'll never really know that side of her..

I must say this, imo, why do ppl watch videos of ppl they don't admire, and say ugly things, as if they know exactly how things were for someone based upon what they've heard. At this point in her life she truly looked like a Miss Universe contestant. Very beautiful. It's astonishing that she is far more beautiful than any of her daughters . Tracee, Rhonda and Chudney (my favorite of her daughters) do not even come close to the stunning beauty of Diana...particularly at this time of her life. Diana probably reached her peek beauty at this year 1977 like Marilyn Monroe did hers in 1962 in her last film (never finished..due to her death) "Something's Got to Give".
